Employees were friendly and nice. That is always a plus. I hadn’t eaten at Boston Market in years and the chicken carver sandwich my old favorite tasted the same as it always had great. The Corn, red potatoes and cinnamon apples were all good.

Impressively awful. I used to enjoy the occasional Boston Market visit until I moved near this location. I’ve tried it half a dozen times due to it being the closest«fast food» type place near me and each time has been worse than the last. Whenever I got the sandwiches here there are always bones in it. The sides are typically all served at one temperature — room. They frequently run out of sides and the ribs(if you can even call them that) taste like they were slathered in ketchup.

Tables are not cleared frequently, so I walked into the front door and was greeted with dirty tables. When I left the restaurant, the same tables were still uncleared. The table and chair I sat in were wobbly and sticky. The gravy tasted different. It tasted artificial this time. Franky BM should just install trash receptacles and let customers clear their own rable. There is no positive from having fast food brought to the table and all the negative for have a messy, unclean restaurant.

Awful, awful, awful food! The stuffing had the same consistency as bread crumbs; it was dry and too crumbly to pick up with a fork. The gravy tasted like the water I’ve accidentally gulped down while swimming in Ocean City. It was like someone dumped a gallon of salt into a cup of water. I don’t know how anyone could screw up gravy that badly. The mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and turkey were ok. It was a big disappointment. I used to love Boston Market. I hope all locations are not this bad. That’s my last time at the Snowden location!

We preordered Thanksgiving dinner. VERY unorganized, rude and in general a fiasco! Had very few people working and made MANY mistakes. Our pick up time was 1:00. We finally left at 3:15! We knew the meal had to be «warmed», but really, it was frozen.

Not good. Food was cold and dry and the service could have been ‘warmer’ as well. This was my third attempt at ordering a chicken platter meal at this location during lunch hours without someone telling me that they’re out of chicken. Really?! Now I know why I’ve avoided this spot in Columbia for so long. Not worth the $ 12 I paid at all, especially with the abundance of other outstanding establishments in this area.

Cafeteria food and restaurant prices. The overall quality of the food was O.K., but overpriced. —The staff was helpful and cordial.

Boston Market is usually pretty good, but this location seems to be a bit dirty and run down. I wasn’t even sure if they were open since the signs were busted and the awning out front was torn and dirty. The service was okay and the food was also okay, but this location could use some updating for sure.

Boston Market is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love the chicken, stuffing, and the incredible corn bread. The staff here goes above and beyond in making you feel comfortable if dining in.

Since when do you serve cold cornbread? Well that’s what the cashier told me that they always serve their cornbread cold. Okay so how about the chicken and sides too? She asked if I wanted her to microwave it… ummm no I want you to serve hot food. Gave the plate back and got my money back. Is it that hard to serve hot green beans and potatoes and chicken for goodness sakes! I’m about to be done with Boston Market.

Some of the staff at this location is really rude. Because this is my local BM, I’ve been there several times. Some of the young ladies that work the front are nice and courteous. But some of the staff in the kitchen — I’d rather not deal with. I took my family there on the 4th of July and we ordered a family meal, which specifically says 2WHOLE chickens, which we could get whole or cut up. We opted for cut up. We didn’t get the gravy with our mashed potatoes, so I had to wait near the food line to ask for it(took about 5 minutes in all). My family started eating. It wasn’t until five minutes into the meal, my daughter noticed we had almost all white meat(breast/wing) — all but 2 pieces of dark meat(thigh). Our family prefers dark meat. It was obvious that they had randomly just thrown in cut up pieces of chicken(not the 2 whole chicken I paid for). Okay. no big deal. I asked the girl at the register and she courteously said they would fix the order for us. When she told the gentleman in the kitchen, he immediately looked pissed. He said he would only switch out pieces that had not been touched. He repeated his stance to the girl and wouldn’t even look at me. Since it took me so long to get back into the front of the line, my hungry daughter had taken a bite out of a piece of white meat, so she was actually upset with herself when she realized she was stuck with that piece. I carefully examined the pieces and gave him back 3 breast pieces. He said nothing and handed me back 3 small drumsticks. I looked at the pieces(and said nothing). He immediately declared, «You gave me three. I give you three.» And that was the end of it. In the past, I have had at least 2 – 3 instances where our chicken was overcooked. Because I was grabbing a quick lunch, I did not complain or ask for an exchange. But this time, my family was trying to enjoy a meal together. We did not get what we paid for. We were given an attitude. Our entire meal was ruined because it took so long to fix two problems in one meal(about 15 minutes). I essentially was standing and waiting for most of the meal. We do like the food at BM, so we might just have to go to the Ellicott City location or just go to Chicken Out.

This is probably the WORST Boston Market I’ve ever gone to. The staff is disrespectful, ignorant and unattentive. Of the multiple times I’ve gone here, I have not gotten a correct order. Te manager needs to straighten these employees out.

Probably the best Boston Market I’ve ever had. I did not even know you could order the chicken«spicy» but it was great. Service was great too, they brought out my meal to my table when it was ready.

This location is close to where I work. It is HORRIBLE. The vegetables are almost always cool to warm. It’s quicker to stand on line at Disney than to go thru the drive thru. The owners don’t care. I called corporate to provide constructive feedback and no one ever called back. stay far away from this mid managed misfit!!!

We were in the mood for rotisserie chicken and have had good experiences with Boston Market in the past so decided to give the one in Columbia a try. When we got there, the young girl behind the cash register was busy flirting with the customer in front of us and didn’t bother to acknowledge us. Even after he had paid, she continued to talk with him for several minutes. When she finally was ready to place our order, I started to tell her that I wanted the 3 piece dark meat meal. She quickly interrupted me to say, «We don’t have any dark meat!» Really… no dark meat?! Instead of talking to us to give us other options, she started flirting with the other customer again. That was it for us. We walked out and went over to Chicken Out in Columbia. We had a great meal and won’t bother going back to Boston Market again!

The Southwest salad was not top quality. It seemed to be a bag salad that was not picked over well enough. there were lettuce pieces that I would have thrown out. They weren’t busy at the time I went so, tables were being spray cleaned. it was not pleasant due to the smell of the cleaner. I could practically taste cleaner from the air

Although I’m a big fan of their roasted chicken and turkey, I was very disappointed yesterday when picking up lunch at Boston Market on the way to my in-laws. We arrived just before the scheduled opening and waited a few minutes after the scheduled opening to get in. No biggie. They took the order right away. So far so good. Then they started to show concern when the turkey carver was not there. He showed up late and apparently without calling. So after some discussion behind the counter he slipped into the back to don his uniform. In the interim, a young woman started adding serving utensils to the sides. Upon reaching his station and setting up the scale, we felt like things were back on track so we got our sodas. We called my in-laws for drink choices and to explain we’d be a little longer than expected. A few more minutes went by then we were asked if we’d like something besides the steamed vegetables as it would be a couple more minutes for them to steam. We’d already been there 15 or 20 minutes, what’s 2 more? Well 2 minutes turned into 10 or more. We waited well over 25 minutes to get our food. As we were walking out I noticed that the ice had significantly melted in our sodas, but since we told my in-laws we’d be there in a few minutes, we didn’t turn back. When we started eating, the food was stone cold, except for the steamed vegetables. My suggestion — The management needs to be there at the store opening with the employees.
