The glass on my iPhone had been cracked for a while, and I was holding the corner of it together with duct tape. Today, i had an accident with it that put too much pressure on the broken screen, so everything went completely black and random lines going across the screen. It wasn’t functioning at all, but I took it in to these guys just to see if it was fixable. We got there ten minutes before closing, but they stayed late for us and had it fixed in 30 minutes! My phone is functioning just as well a before, and it looks perfect! This is a great business and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They are reasonably priced and have a 90 day warranty as well. If you are looking for good service that you can trust and affordable pricing, this is the place to go!

the owner contacted me, and ask me to change the review to good, b/​c it’s bad for business– what kind of joke is that? he still didn’t offer any monies back on what they couldn’t fix, and lied saying they could un-​lock the phone.
i just bought an old phone the other day, if they had acted halfway decent the 3^rd time we were there– it may have been different, but it takes a fool to call me and ask me to change his rating in my head, and my husband, i didn’t go there and ask for my money back! think i would have got it! so if he tells you, «she is just stupid– then why am i taking my time to warn you. 45 dollars in the trash– had they acted like people, i may have purchased from them– nope!
cell medic is honest– and they will tell you– if they know, they can’t un-​lock a phone, i don’t think this place will tell you if a mop head is breaking off. don’t you dare call me! understand! no i wasn’t satisfied, you have 2 people totally irritated by you.

I cracked my phone screen a few months ago, and had it replaced here. I’d heard really good things about this place, and they were the only place that could do it A) the least expensive and B) same day. I dropped my phone off, and came back in an hour like they told me to. The screen look wonderful, minus a little itty bitty chip near the speaker (like pin needle size, nothing major).
So, like a few days later, I cracked the corned of the screen (I have really bad luck haha), near the speaker, but not on the «screen» itself. So that voided the warranty that they offer. Anyway, since they’ve replaced my screen, my phone doesn’t black out like it should when I answer a phone call, and I’ve hung up on many, many people mid-​phone call. In their defense, I never took it back to them because I figured the warranty had been voided and they probably wouldn’t do anything about it. That is the only problem I’ve experienced since having my phone screen replaced.
A few weeks ago, I cracked my screen again (this time it was in an Otterbox, ugh!). I plan on taking it back to Cellular Source to have them replace the screen. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Blah blah and still bad. being right in front of a high school when cellular is at it’s peak. Is not very hard to stay alive! Duh! I guess I’ll make another attempt to sell a phone to them and see what they offer.

GREAT service and reasonable price. I shattered my ipad screen last night. First damage in over 2 years. Took it in around noon today and Travis said they could fix it for $ 117.95. Three hours later it was ready. GREAT!!!

I have been dealing with these guys at Cellular Source since they first opened up on St. Andrews. They are great at what they do and their customer service is out of this world. I have and will continue to refer tons of people to these guys for phone repair and for great phones and very reasonable prices. Great to see the expansion in the Lexington Area. These guys are the best!!!

I was distraught after dropping my phone from a roller coaster while on vacation at Universal Studios. It must have fallen at least 4 stories into the concrete abyss. The good folks at the park were able to retrieve the shattered mess that became my iPhone 5C. Even the park attendant at the lost and found winced when she retrieved my phone, thinking it was a goner. The screen was completely shattered and the bottom part of it was opening up to reveal the technical innards. I was ready for a eulogy. After doing some research and coming across these guys, I thought, what the heck, let me give them a go. I had my iPhone back in 1 hour, screen replaced and good as new! I’m writing the review from my resuscitated phone right now! Can’t stress how awesome these guys are. Walked away ecstatic to have salvaged my phone for only $ 120. I should have left them a tip. I live in Miami, but would ship my phone to NC to get it fixed again in a heartbeat.

Ordered my Galaxy Note 2 screen on Thursday and my phone was fixed by 12:30 on Monday afternoon. I gave Travis my phone at 12. I told him I was VERY happy with his work but didn’t want to see him again… lol! His work, attitude, and ethics are OUTSTANDING. If I do happen to damage my phone again, I will definitely return!
