I love going here. These employees have the best customer service. My experience always makes me happy. They have me feeling a sense of appreciation for my business.
I did not feel that way during my visit yesterday afternoon. This was the first time I was not greeted, no «my pleasure» and no smile. What? How can this be? Are they trying to provide me McDonald’s standards? My favorite eatery in the food court can not do this to me.
My food was delicious, hot and quick. The young lady at the register, whose name started with a V, should have stayed home. I will be back but her line will be avoided.

I must say everyone at this location is so pleasant and polite and the food is always fresh ! They know me by name because I stop by almost everyday ! But I do love this location !

It’s the normal chick fil a so you already know what to expect. The good is the same the service is the same. Not much more to say beyond that. One great thing about his location is that when I checked in I got a free cookie.

Ok – so it is a fast food joint in a mall. That said, this location does a very nice job. Infact, this was my first Chick-Fil-A experience when my family and I started coming here back in the 80’s.
The staff is always friendly.

As far as fast food goes, Chick-Fil-A is one of the healthier choices out there. And when I come in here, I feel like I’m entering an actual restaurant and not so much a fast food joint. Service is quick and they actually bring your order to your table which is a nice touch. Professional staff and the entire place was spotless.
Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-A.

I’ve been to about 100 Chick-Fil-A’s in my life and this one doesn’t really seem like it would be any different. (In fact, my wife assures me that it is the same as any other.) However, the only thing I’ve ever gotten from this one is a milkshake. It was good for a fast food milkshake and the staff got it to me promptly. What more could one ask?

this place is downstairs in the food court at columbia mall. the atmosphere in this mall is great. lots of space, natural light and very clean. my mom and i stoped by and got 12 piece nuggets for a snack with honey mustard and bbq sauce. the food came fast but was a little less hot than i would like. not bad but not great.
