Update since my initial review; I’ve revisited a few more times for take-​out pizza to make sure this location had a fair chance at proving the previous incident to be a fluke.
The orders for take-​out I’ve made by phone have been ready for pickup at their prescribed times each time since the incident.
The cashiers have been very pleasant and amiable to do business with. The manager at this location usually recognizes his repeat customers as do his cashiers, which creates a better connection with clientele. The environment is very family friendly, yet, not rowdy and loud as if being at [the mouse place, C.E.Cs] for a kid’s birthday party.
The pizza is always coming out fresh, so I really can’t complain about the quality. The prices are perfect at all locations I’ve been to so far. This is what a family and budget-​friendly place is about. Kudos, CiCi’s!
