Clarkson Eyecare

This was my first time at Clarkson. The Doctor was great and the ladies in the office were nice. The first pair of glasses I got lasted about 2 months and a fracture occurred in the lens.
So I took it back and was told the lens is cut to big for the frame and crammed in there anyway so the stress caused it to break, that was about 4 weeks ago.
1 week later the new lens came in and the lady could not get it into the frame because it is cut to big for the frame, sent it back with another frame off the shelf so they could put it in at the lab.
Last week went back and the frames were bent out of shape and the lens were crooked in the frame, The lady in the office told me she did that and it’s how they are supposed to be. I told them that looks terrible and needs to be fixed.
I called the next day and spoke to someone else who ordered a new set of glasses which I picked up today.
Again the frame is bent and the lens are ill fitting and crooked in the frame.
I took the glasses and won’t ever go back.
This is the quality you can expect every time from Clarkson so no sense beating a dead horse.
I will take them to Mercy Eye care next week and see if I can have them fixed But I will never go back to Clarkson.
$ 600.00 I paid for this mess.
