I called Columbia chef to determine if they deliver to the area since it is a bit far. She said they did. So I then asked about pricing and if there was platters available instead of per person Options and her answers were rude and insulting. When I asked about the a pricing she said its online and they are per person so then I asked about platters that are not online since my corporate office was not interested in per person and she said to go online and multiple the per person prices by 10 and that I should be intelligent enough to had figure that out. I could not believe what I heard. I was quick but polite with getting off the phone but she seemed to be rushing me even more. Obviously they have no interest in getting business. I know a few people and state agencies that use this company and I’ll be sure to let them know how rude the staff and how bad the customer service is.
