Well well, where do I start. I stopped in this store after picking up some packages at the UPS store which is in this same shopping center. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They asked me if I needed assistance right away. I guess I had that puzzled look on my face. I was in desperate need of a drink. didn’t know it was that obvious though hahaha. I love wine but I wanted something different, something refreshing, so there it was in the glass door staring right at me. It was OCTOBERFEST BEER… Yesss by Samuel Adams, So I said what the heck. I’m going to give it a try. Sooo glad I did. It’s a lager beer, Hearty&Smooth with a deep malt complexity & Roasty sweetness.. I think that pretty much describes it. Make sure it’s nice and cold. At least that’s the way l like my beer. I don’t know about you but l look at alcohol content. I figure if l’m going to do it. I need to know how it’s going to affect me. 5.3% per bottle baby. Now that’s for real.. Enjoy!

To get on my list of five star liquor stores, it really doesn’t take much.
A few options of well priced wine (bin ends etc).
A collection of beer that isn’t produced by InBev in the fridge.
A few bottles of microbrewed 750ml bottles of beer next to the wine.
A good selection of scotch.
and seemingly ever present wine tastings.
I haven’t seen wine tastings at Columbia, and the scotch selection could be better, and while there were non inBev beers, the selection was limited — but man, if you want a well priced bottle of wine (think 90+ points for 9.99), and a bunch of deals for combos of as few as three bottles of wine — this is the place.
This doesn’t have the ambience of The Wine Bin — but for my neighborhood wine store, this is a pretty good option.

You were a life saver this past winter. If it werent for you, I would have been sober through the snow shoveling, back aches, and frost bites.
But why are your prices higher than the other Korean owned liquor stores in the area? hmmmm?
