Culver’s

just love the burgers and the root beer — place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The lady that took our order had to be the drive through lady; she spoke very loud.

Love, love, love Culver’s is there anything better than butter burgers, fried cheese curds, and frozen custard all in one place!

Had never heard of Culver’s until I saw some ads for them on TV. My wife and I had finished a couple hours of bowling and were on the way to another burger place when I noticed this one. Made a quick turn and decided to give them a try.
I had the Butter Burger Basket and Claire got the Sourdough Basket. Both came with a sandwich, crinkle cut fries, and unlimited soft drinks.
The food was cooked to order. Fries were hot enough to burn my tongue, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, perfectly salted, and had no overused oil taste. My burger actually looked like the picture on the menu. Seriously. It was perfect. The flavor of the meat was that of a real steak and the toppings were generous and carefully applied.
I can only assume Claire’s sandwich was good, as she held it close and didn’t seem inclined to share. She kept say, «This is great!»
The staff was friendly and helpful. After we placed our order, they brought it to us at our table. Total for two people came to $ 15.
This place is amazing. How did I not know they existed?

Went here for Lenten Fish Friday and tried their Atlantic Cod 2 piece dinner with cole slaw and French fries. I was expecting mediocre quality since it’s a fast food joint. I was highly surprised at the crispy batter on the fish. The cole slaw was pretty good, but wish they weren’t heavy handed on the mayonnaise. Now to the fries, wow! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The boyfriend ordered the limited edition walleye dinner and he preferred mine since he’s not a fan of oily fish. Definitely will be back and try out their concretes/​custard!

I was pretty pleased with Culvers. It was our first time there and we had heard it was good. Overall the chicken fingers were better than the hamburger. Will probably go back, but only when we’re in the mood for fast food.

Love it! The food is a step up from fast food places and the dining area is clean and comfortable. They bring the food to your table if you dine in and to your car if you go through the drive-​thru. And they always have a treat for my dog at the drive-​thru!

Good steakburgers, like Steak N Shake only bigger and a bit better. Fries are of the frozen variety, but not bad. Haven’t tried any non-​burger items, but their menu features a few.
