I couldn’t disagree more with the negative comment here. I’ve been using this dental service for 8 years and have had no problems, although my teeth have needed a LOT of care. I don’t doubt that you might wait a month for an appointment for a non-emergency situation, but that’s life. Try getting in to see my internist without waiting six months for an appointment, unless you are seriously ill. Even when I unexpectedly ran late, they were terribly accommodating, and I rarely see people in the waiting room, unless it’s just one person who has just arrived as I am leaving. Having known dental practices with 7 patients lined up while your appointment is delayed for 90 minutes, as the routine, with no apology or explanation, this practice is superb. My guess would be the reason you might wait a month for an appointment is because Dana DOESNOT schedule 18 patients a day while running three chairs simultaneously. If you want an appointment in less than two weeks, I hope you enjoy seeing the dentist 90 minutes late, and then having him/her run in for about 15 minutes out of each hour for the next two hours you are there. Those practices are easy to find.

When we first became patients in the fall of 2009 this was a relatively small practice with great customer service. It appears that they have taken on more customers than they have the capacity to handle as the waiting time for an appointment is now over a month long and the customer service is horrible.
