I would recommend Eric and his team to anyone looking for an experienced professional to sell their home. Eric was great to work with due to his knowledge, responsiveness and attention to detail. I was selling my home due to a divorce and I found that he handled the quirks that come with selling under those circumstances very well. He dealt with multiple points of contact and at times differing opinions for both sellers with an incredible amount of patience and professionalism. He was direct without being pushy and assertive without being «salesy» which I truly appreciated. Eric and his team get results!

Eric Pakulla with his expertise as a realtor listed my house with beautiful realistic photo. It sold within a week of the listing. I was one of those unfortunate people that purchased a house in 2005 –2007 at a high price. Then the bottom dropped. My house was worth about 2⁄3 of what I paid. He negotiated to get me the best price for my house at the least delta from my purchased price. He supported me throughout the process. He is a very busy person but I always felt that he was giving me individual attention. He called to check up on me and provide feedback as well as information.
