Let me start off by saying I do appreciate the effort the staff went through to make sure my glasses were right. However, it took 3 tries and 2 months to get it right and seeing as I don’t have a particularly difficult prescription, that’s not acceptable. I ordered a pair of glasses and sunglasses. The first time I went to pick them up, there was a halo around the edges of both pair because they hadn’t been polished. The young lady who helped me said they normally polish the edges and that she could send the glasses back to have the lenses polished. It was going to take about 2 – 3 business days. What bothered me about this error was that if polishing the lenses is their normal procedure, there’s no reason why mine shouldn’t have been polished to begin with. The 2 – 3 days to polish the lenses actually took two weeks. When I went to pick up my glasses the second time, they looked like coke bottle glasses. I kid you not. The lenses were polished, but they seemed thicker than they were the first time. I was given the opportunity to «re-style»(pick out a new pair), which I do appreciate. The lady helping me had to call the lab to make sure the new styling wouldn’t have the same issues. During that call I learned that the expensive high index polarized lenses I ordered to make my ordinarily thick glasses thinner had been switched with plain plastic lenses which caused the coke bottle effect. Both pairs were sent back. After two more weeks of waiting, the sunglasses came in. The regular glasses were not with them. I even called to double check on the arrival of the glasses, only to learn that they had not passed some sort of inspection and would have to be redone, again. I was told that a rush would be put on the glasses, but the person who called to break the bad news couldn’t give me a definite time frame of what a «rush» meant. I finally have new glasses, after 8 weeks. The lenses are polished. The frames are nice and the glasses look good on me. However, had the lab and the company communicated better, I wouldn’t have had to wait as long. I will not be returning here.

Eyes on Missouri is the place to go for great service and pricing for exams and glasses or contacts. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I’ve been wearing contacts for over 30 years and have had many exams so I have a strong point of reference here. These folks do a wonderful job.
