Fazoli’s

I think the pasta here is pretty good, especially for it being a fast food restaurant. The food here taste better than most dine-​in restaurants around town that pride themselves on having fine Italian cuisine. The prices are nice as well. The Only reason why i am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because on one dish, the pasta noodles were a little undercooked.

My husband ordered the spaghetti. salad. and drink special for 7.99. it was really good. finally a salad that isn’t all that romaine lettuce stuff. I’m not a fan of that leaf…
anyway the salad was fresh. while we waited they brought us bread sticks. which were fresh. right out of the oven.
i ordered the kids meal pepperoni pizza… which was awesome. pizza was very fresh and the crust was crunchy. just the way i like it.
prices are good, not expensive at all.
if your’e in the area. give it a chance.

Good spot for a quick bite to eat. The baked penne was good and met expectations, while the pizza, salad, and bread sticks were just meh. The employee who took our order and brought the food out was very nice and helpful.

I stop here for lunch the other day and the food was ok. The sauce they use on everything needs work.

This is a pretty average, casual, fast-​food style spaghetti restaurant. Nothing fancy, but it lives up to expectations. It gets three stars for being easy.
Bread stick service in the dining room is inconsistent. Food quality is also inconsistent.
Location is great, right across from the mall on Columbiana Drive. Parking is abundant and free in their private lot.
Overall, the restaurant «feels» dirty. I think this location is overdue for a deep clean… like the kind where you close the establishment for a week and hire a professional company.
I do recommend this restaurant if you have a craving for spaghetti, but with the caveat that you will need to lower your expectations before parking your car.

Love that they give me breadsticks while I wait for my food. Very affordable and my whole family lives to eat here.

It’s been a while since I ate at a Fazoli’s. The only thing that has gotten better since I since last eaten at Fazoli’s is their dishes and silverware. (They are now using real dishes and silverware versus plastic dishes and silverware. I am not sure if this is Fazoli’s in general or just this location.)
Downsides:
* I ordered pizza last night. When I ordered — I saw pizza already prepared, but none was given to me after I ordered. I sat down and saw that people that had ordered AFTER me had gotten their dishes (which was NOT pizza). When I finally gotten my pizza, it was BURNT!
* Then there was the bread sticks. Since I had to wait for my order (and had not gotten a salad) they had not given me their complementary bread sticks. Then when my order comes out — only one bread stick? It took a while for a staff member to come around to refill the bread sticks, but they only came out over a course of ten minutes (three different employees).

not a bad place to eat. Although i was expecting a fancy sitdown. Back where i come from pasta is fancy, but this italian restaurant was a fast food italian restaurant. No complaints, the bread was so yummy, soft, warm and fresh. The salad was crisp and the pasta wasnt bad. it was what you would expect from a fast food place. I say if you want pasta, pizza and such. this could be a quick fix with no high expectations.

Dirty, pasta not cooked well… typical fast food, but bad italian. Cook at home. At least you have a chance to enjoy what you eat.

I love Italian food… and fast… so what’s not to love? They have good food and the staff is friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever waited for more than 3 or 4 minutes to get my food. It’s much better than typical fast food and it comes with unlimited breadsticks at reasonable prices. Good stuff.

Fast food Italian. Great idea for people on the go. You can also sit down and relax while you enjoy a great meal. All you came eat bread sticks with you meal. I would go just for those
