Well, I can’t speak for the storage service coz I only rented Budget truck there. I was moving during the thanksgiving holiday and made reservation with Budget a month ahead. Checked my local budget stations online (close to 20 904 zip), and the reviews were horrifying. I ended up with a reservation at a local place without any reviews (no news is good news hah), but the dude there was rude answering my inquiries if there would be trucks available during weekends. I got concerned and called Budget 800 number and then the regional distribution manager called me and telling me there would be two places closer to me that would definitely having trucks on weekends, this location being one. I called this place, David answered the phone and confirmed that there would be larger truck available and even suggested me making reservation online for cheaper rates. Because of this conversation, I decided to rent from here. Got a fairly new truck with only 6500 miles, and pick-​up/​inspection/​off hour drop off all went without problem, and noticed the charge on my credit card the other day and it was correct.
