Coming from Hawaii has a melting pot of many great asian restaurants, including korean, I was so excited to know and find this restaurant in the south. A friend from Hawaii & I tried many different Korean restaurants here, and found this restaurant to be the most decent of all the restaurants tried. If you’re used to more flavor and Korean food being spicy and hot, they will be more then accommodating to highten up the flavors upon request. Like all Korean restaurants, every dish comes with 812 small side dishes. so garden provides delicious size to my liking. Prices are also great!

This place is the best Korean place I’ve been. San Francisco included. It has a new owner now also and a new name. It is called KimChe.

this Korean Restauant is bangin! The waitress and owners are so friendly and funny! The food was delicious. The steamed dumping and the Korean sushi appetizers were yummy. I had the bulgogi as my meal and it was yummy too! I would totally go back to this place and recommend it to anyone that liked Asian food

The former restaurant(DJ House) has now closed and reopened as Go Hang Mat. Yes, you heard me right. This is still a Korean restaurant and not a place for you to hang your mats(hahaha, yes terribly bad and lame joke, I know). Interior has remained the same with cafetria style tables. There is a lunch buffet which consists of 6 cooked items alongside a giant vat of rice. The typical staples of pajeon, bibimbap, kalbi and bulgogi are all available. You receive 8 small appetizer plates with your meal. On weekdays, the lunch menu is a good deal with most items being $ 7.99. I had the yook-ga-jang which had a pleasantly beefy broth. Chap Chae was good. Service was a touch slow but in all fairness there appeared to only be one waitress who also seemed to be the only person running the cash register. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could. Solid Korean food. Better than O Bok, but I still prefer Arirang.
