While Chef Eukia was easy to work with and extremely nice, I was disappointed at the quality of food for what I paid ($ 75 pp). The lobster bisque soup was delicious as well as the crab cake with the entrée, however, I was really disappointed that no tartar or cocktail sauce was supplied w/​the crab cake. We also had steak to pair w/​the crab cake and it was way too overdone (well, not medium rare). Lastly, for what I paid for a dessert sampler, I was extremely upset that the desserts were purchased and not homemade. Had I known that, I never would have added that to the menu. Overall, it was fun having a chef at the house and my guests had a good time but can’t say the meal was stellar.

I hired Chef Eukia for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner since I wanted to do something different. She arrived on time which was great and after a great meet and greet she went to work! It was just amazing. I decided to do the 4 courses to get the full experience. The first course was shrimp and corn bisque which was to die for. The second course was the ginger chicken with the 2 dipping sauces which had a slight kick but, it was just enough. The main course was the crab cakes which was seasoned perfectly. For dessert was the green apple with the vanilla basil cream sauce! The overall experience for both of us was great! Why dine out when you can get the same service and quality in your own home. She set the mood with candles and a flower arrangement and we had some tunes playing in the background. I would def. recommend this for all ages and thinking outside of the box! I would not hesitate to use Good Eats Chef Services again!

I hired Chef Eukia for my husband’s birthday dinner party because i wanted to do something diffrent. Chef Eukia prepared a 3 course meal for 14 guest. The 1^st course was an oven roasted stuffed tomato with mushrooms risotto and fresh mozzarella. The 2^nd course was a perfectly cooked marinated strip steak with pesto aioli brown butter mashed potatoes and ohh so delicious asparagus. I didnt even know i liked asparagus. The 3^rd course was her grandmothers recipe for a pound cake with berries and cream. I honestly ate evey single thing on my plate. You guys this lady can cook. And she did it ALL in my kitchen. My kitchen has never smelled that good. She plated, presented, and served each course with her assistant. I swear she left my kitchen cleaner than it was before she arrived in no time. I was completely satisfied. Everyone was impressed. Most of us didn’t know these types of services were available and affordable. Chef Eukia you rock. Thank you soooooo much my husband’s party will be definitely one to remember.

My husband and I had Eukia prepare a 3 course meal for our 4 year anniversary. We have 2 small children, so it was much nicer to be in our home than worry about babysitters, etc. We had the flank steak crostini as an appetizer, shrimp and grits for our main course and the New York Cheesecake Mousse as our dessert. I honestly have not had a better meal in a long time. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely be using Eukia’s service again and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a nice night in. Eukia was extremely friendly and professional with her services.

This was my 1^st time using this type of service and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Eukia came into my home and prepared a 3 course meal for a small dinner party I hosted. Everyone was raving about the food as well as the service. I would not hesitate to use Good Eats Chef Services again!
