Great Clips

I went in for the first waited my turn then the lady that was cutting my daughters hair was so rude then I asked her if she has sanitized brush and sissies she said they sanitize their tools at the end of the day and I could see the hair from previous customer I will never go there again

I take my kids to the great clips in Lexington and have always had a good experience. I was in Harbison so I decided to check it out. I checked in on the app like I always do. When I got there my name was not on the waiting list. The lady said i must have done something wrong and said i had to wait which i wouldn’t have minded if she wasn’t so rude. Terrible customer service. Will never go back.

So I got this thing in the mail saying Great Clips has opened, try us for $ 2.99,
Hmm I need a haircut, because I look like a hippie anyways; I haven’t cut it for 6 months, yeah ew, but it looked good. So I walk into Great Clips, not knowing what to expect and I hear a friendly «Welcome to Great Clips!», then immediately 3 minutes later I’m ready to get a haircut w/​o an appointment.
I show this guy named Matt a picture of a haircut I would like, mind you the picture is quite small and I didn’t know if he could see it. I want a much shorter hair cut. He says, that’s easy, and starts cutting. 10 – 15 minutes later it’s done.
The results?
Atmosphere? Great, lively, and friendly
Service? Super fast, but they take their time to cut your hair, so it’s not messy.
I ended up giving the guy $ 10, said keep the change and walked out so he got a $ 7 tip, but he deserved it and I normally don’t give that high of a tip.
Their regular cuts w/​o the 2.99 deal is 11.99, which is still outrageously cheap.
So the price beats any place I know of and the quality of my haircut was awesome. I was stunned and I will be going back here again!
