Very clean and great for the price. I got a special deal through priceline so this was a special treat. It was clean and well done, modern amenities fast internet, and in a great location. The staff was superb and friendly wishing us a happy new year with a smile. Only negative thing I’d have to say is the maid was loud knocking on every door in the hall at 9am yelling«room service!» On new years day… But regardless thanks for the awesome stay!!!

The front desk was horrible… Not friendly and pretty much called me a liar when I said my company sent over an authorization form for payment. I was able to show them the email I received from their hotel email address and the email I returned with a confirmation saying they honored this but upon arrival they declined taking a payment from my work(made me pay with my own credit card, said they never received my email and wouldn’t honor an authorization form). However the bar service for dinner and drinks was amazing. Happy hour specials and friendly/attentive service. I won’t be back on business bc of the front desk… but the bar service was amazing.

If you Hotwire this hotel, then the value is on par, otherwise I would make other choices. Remodeled throughout, the décor puts it above many in the hotel chain. Happy hour in the lounge is well worth it however, I would pass on dinner. I have had a better steak at a Waffle House. Fryer oil tasted old as well. Bartender was fantastic and overall the service was good. Without the food experience, the hotel gets a 3.

Stopped for an overnight stay while driving from Ohio to Florida. It’s just off the highway like many other hotels in the area, and there’s a Waffle House right across the street if you want some good old greasy food for breakfast ;)(and also because breakfast was not included in our stay). Overall, nothing spectacular, but also nothing wrong with our stay; just your average Holiday Inn.

An absolute joke. A shame to be a part of the holiday inn name. Went to eat. An hour and 25 min for food. Air conditioning didn’t work in one of the two rooms and someone is smoking pot in the halls. Told the front staff numerous times and they didn’t care. No management on a sat night during spring break week. What a disaster for me and my family. Never again.

Just came back from a two night stay with my boyfriend. He is in the military and we stayed at this hotel for two days because it is close to Fort Jackson. I will start out with the pros: Close to highway Modern décor Close to restaurants Friendly housekeeping and maintenance workers Big Flat screen TV microwave and refrigerator super comfy beds spacious room bath and body works shampoo, conditioner, and lotion My boyfriend was not the only military personal staying at this hotel. There were many others, there was also a convention going on at the hotel. My first morning here, I arrived for breakfast at 9:15, the remains of the buffet were sparse and cold. However, shortly after arriving the waitress brought out a fresh supply. The following morning my boyfriend arrived to pick breakfast up for us at 9:30. The buffet had already closed. He is a platinum member so he was able to use the breakfast vouchers to place a menu order. Another military member, actually one of his soldiers, arrived around the same time as he did and was told the buffet was over and the buffet wasn’t just for the army, whatever that meant. My boyfriend took care of his soldier and gave him one of his vouchers and we shared a plate. The hotel also offers no lunch. My boyfriend took the car to Fort Jackson so my only option was the cross the busy intersection in an unfamiliar area or order pizza. I skipped both of those and went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner with him. Our first night there the internet was unbearably slow because of the convention according to front desk. The next day it worked fine. Our faucet in the tub also did not work without the shower running at the same time. We could not get another room as the hotel was sold out. The fluorescent lighting in the room is horrible, so if you are over 30 good luck reading at night. The lighting in the bathroom was worse and yellow walls did not make it any easier seeing in the dark shower. It was not a very quiet stay being so close to the highway and I could hear the other guests and housekeeping loud and clear in the morning through early afternoon. This wouldn’t be much of an issue had I not had to study while there but it’s unlikely that we will be back anyway.
