Very, very disappointed by the service I received at the drive thru on 6÷16÷16 at 6:00 pm. The drive thru attendant was not able to understand what I was saying(English) and told me I was rude when I was asking a question about an item on the menu. I asked the same question three times and since he could not understand very clear English, he got on the defensive and called me rude. I work in the public service industry and found this to be extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I will not purchase anything from this restaurant again.

Front cashier was very nice the only reason we have a two star rating. Food was all under cooked for my liking and cleanliness was an issue from the bathroom to the front door. Won’t be visiting here again…

Chicken sandwich– Doublicious — bread hard as a rock– could not eat it or even bend it… Trashed it— and then Nashville hot tenders — I wanted chicken– they don’t have it, opted for tenders– never tried it– and NEVER want to again after this mess … Don’t go after 10:00pm– slop, stale, and soggy… I wish I could give negative stars

They don’t even deserve a star… After sitting in the drive-thru to hear an automated message saying they were closed when they weren’t. When we were finally helped, I was told that I can’t order the chicken I wanted. They advertise meals and when I ask for dark meat, I’m told no. What?!? Since when can I not order/receive the food that I am paying for. You lost me as a customer… Drove to Popeyes where they let me order a meal the way I wanted it. Thanks for nothing KFC, another reason I won’t return!

I had two extremely poor service here. They gave me corn that was dark brown. I went in to return it and they looked at me like I was the crazy one. Also, I do not know why do they even bother asking you whether you want, ‘Original, Crispy, or Grilled.’ Of the 100 of 100 times that they ask you, they will respond to you that ‘Crispy’ will take 25 minutes. I had my wife went in there after I cancelled my order and they told her the same thing. I think this is the worse KFC of all KFCs that I have patronized in three different states. I honestly do not think its the company brand. I think it’s just a bunch of lazy employees that don’t want to do their jobs.

All I ask for is that I get all the food I ordered and paid for. Is that too much to ask? Apparently, the answer is yes. When I order to-go, reach my destination, and then my most anticipated items are missing, it can be «a little frustrating». Curses! I don’t know why I visit massive corporate American fast food chains ever. They all basically suck and this place is no exception.

The service is okay here when it’s slow, but if it’s busy I think most would prefer a place where the servers have some form of urgency about getting orders out. Service is on the curt side but I don’t mind that at all. The restaurant itself is slightly dated and the bathrooms could use an update. No paper towels which is fine, but the air dryer is a decrepit piece of junk. MOSTIMPORTANT! The wifi is a LIE! You can connect but the signal speed is atrocious. I had to disconnect to write this review, Unilocal kept timing out on the home screen. Le disappoint.

This location is pretty run-down. The floor was dirty and so were the counters. It doesn’t look like KFC cares much for keeping up the value of its brand. You can certainly tell that none of the corporate profits go back into the upkeep and renovation of their restaurants. I agree with the previous reviewer who described it as «low rent.» The community deserves better. I’d avoid going inside.

Eating in for lunch the chicken, fries, and Mac n cheese were served quickly and were all hot. The service was fine. They should keep the eating area cleaner, crumbs and paper are easily cleaned up. For fast good it’s fine. I’ve been to KFC in about five countries and none come close to those in China, however for here this one is better than average.

This place is about low-rent as you can get, has turned extremely ghetto over the years. When you the employees are too busy playing with their damn phones than to address the customers standing in front of them. Out of the staff there, only one stands out as a decent employee. Simply, meaning that he actually greeted a customer instead of ignoring the line and returning text messages from behind the CUSTOMERSERVICECOUNTER! I just won’t waste my time ever again at this low-rent dump, I’ll travel further and go to a decent place preferably out of the ghetto to eat.

Don’t get out of the drive through lane when they ask you to. I was told to pull up my car while waiting on biscuits. So I waited… and waitied. While waiting, the column of other cars in the drive through all got their food and left. Even cars that I saw enter the drive through came and went… and to top it off, people who I saw park their cars, go inside, also come out with food. Could all these people not be getting biscuits. Infuriated, I went inside(I would have gone earlier, but I have to unbuckle an infant and go through that whole hassle). So while waiting for the manager, the drive through lady walked out the door with my food. So apparently, she had to wait for a «lull» in business before she could bring my food out. In other words, I was the first, but had to wait till everybody else got served before she could come out.

My wife and I got takeout from here once. It was not great, but it was not as bad as some other people say. I may have low standard though since most of my KFC experiences in the past few years have involved the now closed location on Connecticut Ave near Van Ness in Washington, DC. (Alas, I cannot write a review about that one were I could talk about how they once took my money, then told me it was too late for them to make more chicken and refused to give me a refund. I refused to take Taco Bell as an alternative, the manager threatened to call the police unless I left. I told them to go ahead and offered to do it myself. Remarkably they were then able to give me my money quite quickly. But I digress…) This location did give me chicken. I was fine, but something was just off about the original recipe. It was a bit flavorless. The person working the counter was fine. He was pleasant, got the food he could quickly, and generally just did his job. The staff in back though seemed to have trouble getting two sides. Not physically, they just seem to lack the motivation to do so. Oh well, Yum Brands franchises do not always hire the most competent people. I can only say that from one experience the place is OK. If we ever go there again, I guess I will see if everyone else is right.

Norman R, I logged on to write a review of this KFC, nearly fell off my chair laughing at yours, and thought I was just about to say the same thing in a much more pompous and less funny way. This location is sort of unbelievable. Three out of three times(and never again, I am off the three strikes mentality), I’ve been amazed by the order taker who seems to talk to you, and someone in their other ear, and joke with her co-workers all at the same time and who never actually clues you in on which of her comments are meant for the service encounter. Either that, or she needs serious therapy. I would say medication, but like Norman R, I rather suspect the employees at this location medicate themselves. The chicken, when you get it, is usually awful, either semi-raw in the middle or so spicy you can’t quite eat it. I didn’t think you could really vary that much from the secret recipe, but now I know. Unilocalers, steer clear…
