King Of Carts

We ordered a cart and have waited three weeks for delivery just to find out today that said golf cart cannot be found. The salesperson had the audacity to suggest that it had been stolen from their store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is not how you do business and we will not be doing any business with them in the future.

The owner opened up on a Sunday to sell me a set of batteries!!! Now that’s what I call service. And, he didn’t shaft me on the price. He was lower than anyone else around.

Rented a Golf Cart here for parents weekend at the University of South Carolina
They delivered as promised, the cart looked great and well cared for.
Just one problem:
If you want to rent a cart that goes as fast as a cart on a golf course, this is not the place.
Want a cart that goes as fast as you can ride a bike? This is not the place.
Want a cart that goes faster than you can run? Sorry.
After the weekend was over I called and confirmed that they do in fact put governors on the golf carts and when I tell you that a 4 person golf cart goes less than 5 miles per hour, I am not joking. We took our lives in our hands trying to drive on a street where the average speed was 10 – 15 mph,
Loved the embarrassment of comments, beeps and a few hand gestures :)
Anyway if you rent here, make sure you do a test ride before and tell them to bring out a cart that is not suppressed.
