My family and I frequent this location when I am in town and usually have 6 to 12 people. I am always impressed on how they accommodate our larger group as well as service us when we are seating. Service and food in general is always great. TIP: Try call ahead seating during the dinner hour.

We went here to celebrate my nieces 25th birthday celebration. There were 7 of us. Every one of us had a great meal. We were especially impressed with our waiter Thomas P. He asked me if I was okay with my meal and because the steak came out pretty rare(I asked for medium) and he could tell I was not thrilled — he went ahead and alerted the Manager Stephanie and she came over right away and offered to make the meal over so I would be satisfied. I didn’t expect this because I had told Thomas I was fine and would eat it the way it was. Anyway, I was SO impressed with their customer service as they also came back to check on me too. GREATSERVICE and all 7 of us enjoyed our meals. We will definitely go back again!

When I placed an order for take out they claimed they never received it and they were very rude. He made a comment about my weight and implied that I looked like the type who would eat a large steak. Never coming here again!

This place is kind of a favorite for us and really great when they’re on top of their game. Only trouble is they can be a little inconsistent with the food and occasionally the staff.

EDITED: Unknown to me, my wife called longhorn. The manager was very sympathetic and apologetic and made it right. That’s well worth adding a star. Thank you for acknowledging our bad experience. We ordered takeout and got a 6oz filet, loaded baked potato, Caesar side salad, and chicken, bacon, tomato salad. The chicken salad was fine. Nothing special but nothing bad to report. The filet, potato, and Caesar salad made me think I was being pranked. The Caesar side salad had ranch dressing in it. The potato was extremely mushy and over cooked. The steak, ordered medium well, was dry and tough. We used a gift card so that’s the only reason I didn’t go back. Speaking of not going back, I probably won’t go back.

Front of the of house is pretty damn rude. Came in with a party of six on a very slow day and they asked us to have a seat because our table was being set. So we sat and waited. In the meantime they were seating parties of 4 and 5 immediately. so i went up and asked, «i was wondering what the status of our table was? i noticed some customers were being seated immediately.» the girl just stares at me and says«well do you want to speak to the manager?» i was kind of speechless and i said, «no, i would just like the status.» and she then proceeds to tell me that it is being set like she had told me earlier but«i can get the manager to come tell you that too» smh… fortunately our server was much more professional than her(hence the 2 stars)

Favorite dish is the Ribeye and it is always on point! Just have to remember to not come here on packed afternoons such as Mothers’ Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter and so forth. Most restaurants are just too overrun with people on these days. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. They have changed their menu yet again. They no longer have the entrée of fried shrimp and fries. I don’t know why because they was a go-to and anytime.

So I decided to come here for dinner the other night. While all of the servers were very polite I had a series of gaffes that simply ruined the meal. I ordered a an appetizer, a steak and a drink. The steak came with a salad. Very quickly after I ordered the salad came(slightly underdressed caesar salad) and only when I had finished it did my drink come. Then the server brought the appetizer — stuffed mushrooms(which were delicious!!!) — which was served on a hot plate. The server put the plate(which was too hot to touch) down and then picked up the salad bowl and walked away leaving the VERY hot plate too far away to eat from. After I finished that came the steak, with the wrong side dish. I pointed this out and asked for ketchup(what can I say, I like my steak with ketchup. I’m a heathen.) About 5 minutes later the ketchup came. After another few minutes the correct side came out as well. Adding insult to injury the steak wasn’t cut evenly so part of it was well done and part of it was medium — it was all overcooked as I had asked for it medium-rare. All told, I doubt I’ll go back despite the $ 10 coupon I was given by the manager when I informed her of the comedy of errors that was my dinner.

We’ve been before and always had fairly pleasant experiences. Good food and pretty good service. However, there were several things off on our last visit. For a Friday night the wait wasn’t terrible, about 25 to 30 minutes. Our appetizer got messed up due to a miscommunication in the kitchen about preparing the mushrooms with NO bread crumbs, my husband is gluten free. So after waiting over 30 minutes they find ally came out. They were taken off our bill, so that was nice. Two different times a food runner tried to bring us food that wasn’t ours which was very strange. Again, some kind of miscommunication between staff. My husbands steak was so rare(he ordered medium) he had to send it back to be put back on the grill for a few minutes. I ordered a sirloin and was brought a filet. Found it hard to complain about that mixup however, since it was cooked to perfection. Overall we were satisfied with the food but could have done without the long waits(dinner took over 2 hours) and the constant mix ups. I’m sure we will be back, but with lower expectations.

Outlaw Ribeye was perfect but probably a few dollars over priced. Shrimp and crab rice was terrible. Service was excellent. John O. was our server. Will definitely come back.

I enjoyed my dinner. It was my 1 year anniversary and we forgot to make reservations for a different restaurant so we ended up coming here. I had the french onion soup which was very good and the ribeye. My steak was cooked just the way I asked! Our waiter was very nice and took good care of us. I will be back!

Came for afterwork happy hour and it was a real good time! First the bartender knew how to make a good mojhito! That made my night right there. Then we had corn fritters(yum), jalapeño poppers(eh a little more fried/bland than I expected), fish tacos(delish!) Good stuff!

very good food, we are from NY and do not have any Long Horns, so whenever we go away we make sure we make a stop. The service was great, our waitress was very polite. The food was great, and my drinks were great. Overall good experience.

We waited 45 minutes for our food to come while tables around us who were seated after us were enjoying their meals. The waitress Christie L. never came to check on us at any point before or after the food arrived. She sent the Manger to our table to apologize about the the wait for the food but we told her it was the sever not the kitchen because when we got the food it was cold. If we do return we will be sure not to sit in Christie L’s section.

Was here with 2 colleagues for lunch on a Monday. It is a chain restaurant so i did not have super high expectations. We were seated in the unexceptional dining area by a somewhat distracted hostess, and our waiter, while eager, did not seem very knowledgeable nor experienced, so at that point it was meeting my low expectations. However, I did change my mind by the time I started eating. First we shared the shrimp & avocado appetizer which was light and tasty, and for an entrée I had Flo’s 6 oz Fillet and upgraded my side(is a small fee) to their new grilled ear of corn with a Mexican crema sauce and Parmesan sprinkled on top. I make something similar to their grilled corn at home and call it Cuban Corn(I know it’s not that exactly) and will squeeze a bit of lime on it also so I did so here(try it that way if you haven’t). Very yummy. Fillet was cooked exactly as requested, a little south of medium, and it was flavorful. My fellow diners were happy with their burger and the steak salad, especially with the steak salad(believe it was upgraded to sirloin). The steak in that salad as per my friend was it was«real steak» — she normally does not like what passes for steak in some steak salads but she thought what she had at Longhorns was terrific. As our meal progressed, our waiter really came through and accommodated several special requests. He did later state it was his first week — I suspect that was truthful(I remember using that as an excuse when I was a waiter when things were not going well with a customer :-)) — but he did work to help us out and succeeded. Kudos to him. Several other menu options looked tasty, so I will return. Longhorns is nice option in the area.

Similar to Outback Steakhouse. You get steak, salads, some chicken, some fish. I got the Salmon salad with a side of balsamic vinaigrette(creamy) and bleu cheese dressing. The salmon was cooked nicely… tender and flakey throughout. Generous portion with the fish and greens but not so big that it just looks like it was made for 2 hungry people. Both the server and restaurant manager were really nice and attentive.
