Really great customer service and we love our sactional. The washable covers are a dream come true with pets and children. It is 100% worth the expense and there is also a financing option for 0% interest for a year.

We recently purchased 4 bases and 5 sides from the Columbia Lovesac store, then over the phone ordered 2 more bases and three more sides. We’re so glad we did! The store personnel were a pleasure to work with, and made sure we got our delivery on time. They recommended to us how much we might use and in what configuration, and helped us at every step of the process.
We love this well made, quality furniture, and have been planning for years to purchase some when the time was right. The Columbia staff helped us choose that time! We’ll be back to buy accessories, and are recommending Sactionals to all our friends!

This might be the coolest store I have ever been in. The atmosphere is really chill and the Sactionals are really intriguing… you can build whatever you want and you can choose your covers down to the individual piece. Get tired of what you picked out, don’t get a whole new couch, just get some different covers. My husband and I are in the military, and our Sactional has reinvented itself 3 times so far, and as we move to a new city and into a new space, our Sactional will evolve with us. Its awesome. The Staff are SUPER friendly and really knowledgeable. We found ourselves going back to the store to see what was new and to visit the people. Can’t forget the benchmark piece the Lovesac. We have one of those too. Took a while to sell my husband on it, but it is really the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house. All pieces have great warranties. All in all I give this location and the store and all its innovative furniture 5 stars!!!

I bought a sactional about 2 years ago and I was happy I did. Everyone that comes to the house tells me how comfortable they are! Corrine did a great job of helping me select the amount of sides and bases needed for my place. It’s always tempting to pick up something else from the store!

If you’re looking for furniture that you can rearrange to create different types of seating, visit the LoveSac store in Columbia. We were looking for a U shaped couch that would also transform into a bed for guests and the LoveSac sectionals were the perfect solution! They aren’t big and bulky like regular convertible sofas with pull out couches and the ideas to rearrange them are endless. Another great feature is if you change your décor you can change the sactional covers, they zip right off. The staff are friendly and were very helpful us finding the right Sactional configuration that worked for us.

I love my lovesac. I bought it last fall at this location. The people working there were awesome and were willing to help any way that they could. However, the new staff members aren’t as fun and friendly. I have been looking at getting a new cover for my sac. The new employees seem to treat you like a second class citizen if you are not buying some expensive furniture. I may end up buying online for this reason. My first experience was 100% great, but now, not so much.
