I had to go to this Restaurant because my work group was going. I was dreading it because I haven’t eaten at one single one that I have liked. I decided I couldn’t go wrong with a salad. Wrong! The dirt on the lettuce was visible so I knew the salad leaves hadn’t been washed. Black gross dirt was on the salad leaf so I made a comment to the coworker that wanted to go here and made it very visible for all of them to see. Ugh!!! Their tea is good.

As I sit here and try to enjoy my salad that sounded ever so great, I am thinking of all of the chances I have given McAllisters. The customer service is absolutely fantastic and that’s probably why I keep coming back to find something I like, I ordered the new southwest bbq salad today and I am so unimpressed. The chicken resembles plastic and is extremely cold. Not what I expected for an $ 8 salad. I will say however the hot sandwiches can be delicious. Whatever you do, steer clear of ordering anything with chicken in it at all. Come on McAllisters, I’m sure you can afford to bring decent chicken into your booming business.

We used to grab takeout from this location quite a bit and stopped going for a while because the orders were always incorrect (no chicken on the chicken caesar salad, no dressings, etc). Decided to try again today and I’m absolutely stunned at the portion sizes. They have decreased dramatically, which doesn’t make the meal seem like it’s worth they money.

This is a great place. Would recommend, but make sure you check your to-go order before leaving the store. The food is pretty good, but mostly like coming here for the unique flavor. Plenty of parking!

This is a great chain. It is a good value, the sandwiches are good but nothing crazy. The Memphian is kinda unique. My favorite is the soups.
