I have enjoyed Mc Alister’s across the Southeast and never been disappointed. Their sandwiches, soups and salads are always fresh and well prepared. I believe their chili is the best I’ve ever had dining out.

So far the food has been great, I get the French dip, I wife gets soup in a bread bowl. They will come to you tables to check on you. The food was out quickly. The restaurant is very clean along with the restrooms. I will try something new next time

McAlister’s Deli is a delicious sandwich/soup/salad restaurant. They have a large menu and lots of variety. This location does a Kids Eat Free promotion on Tuesday nights, which our family loves. They also feature a baked potato menu that is unique. I believe their food can be more authentic and natural tasting than Panera, which can taste a little fake and«store-bought» sometimes. They don’t sell pastry or bread like Panera though. Overall, McAlister’s is an awesome alternative to Panera, and in a lot cases, a better restaurant than Panera.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. My husband in all those years never returned any meal, but this place made him drive back. I am not sure what we got served, but to call this a sandwich is a lie. Nasty on a plate, describes it better. Will not be back! I attached a picture, because I am lost for words.

This place is definitely not worth more than 3 stars. Sandwiches and Salads are adequate. Nothing to brag about. Service is extremely slow. Waiting 24 minutes for a salad I’m sure they’re just pouring out of a plastic bag is ridiculous. There’s really no interaction with the staff. Nothing but ordering your food and somebody bringing it to the table. Nothing to write home about…

Ok so who hasn’t eaten here? But just in case you haven’t… And let’s just say you have a hankering for a potato… Then this is the BOMB(dot)COM for you. I’ll admit, I’ve only veered off course once in all my years of eating here. Stretching back to 2002 when I started… During my tenure, my goto meal is the Spud Max. No doubt the best spud one could find. Fully loaded. For those that don’t know, it’s actually two spuds spliced together and served like its some magical spud merger from spud heaven. Ham, cheese, black olives, gold, silver, platinum… Or something close to that. I do mix a lot of ranch with mine after it was suggested to me on my first trip here. And I mean a lot. Extra sides are $ 0.50 for ranch. So I’ll order about 4 :) Yes. They should add to the menu ‘Spud Max Ranch Soup’ and save me the trouble. Enjoy!

Servers were polite, there are better options nearby for sandwiches. My club had tomatoes cut as thin as paper and was the bread was soggy with sauce. The kids nachos were just chips and microwave cheese stuff. We were not pleased.

Glad I didn’t read the reviews before stopping here for a late lunch yesterday. I had an enjoyable lunch and will certainly stop by again when in town. I ordered a salad and soup combo and both were delicious. salad looked small as it was served in a bowl, but when I put it on my plate to cut it up, it was perfect for lunch. My son had the reuben sandwich and it was a hardy sized sandwich. Place was clean and personnel were courteous and helpful, offering us free drink refils and clearing away our plates and trash.

After visiting my first McAllisters earlier this month, I was a fan. This location however didn’t meet my expectations set by the previous visit. They were out of bottled water, how does that happen? So you HAVE to order a soda, or iced tea, I thought that was ridiculous. I ordered a half McAllisters club and half veggie Spud. The club was delicious, but I ordered a half, not a quarter sandwich. And I was given a PLASTIC fork to eat my spud. Not that McAllsters puts olive oil, salt, pepper on the skin, but I like to eat the skin. How can I cut the rubber skin with JUST a plastic fork. They use to use real silverware(as the marks on the plate would define). The order was right, small, and just didn’t meet my expectation bar that was set with my previous visit at another location.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Employees including manager acts like you’re putting them out by being here! Food is average for a McAllister’s(one of my favorite restaurants) but the lack of training or even giving a shit means a will NEVER return to this location! Don’t waist your money on these people!

I’m not a big fan of sandwiches, but I do love their soups. Their broccoli cheddar and chicken tortilla are my favorite. Their Arnold Palmers are so good too!

I like the place. I wish I could rate it between a four and a five. However, the food is just a bit too pricey for what one gets. Quiznos and Subway are just a half-step below in quality, which is not enough to account for the differential in price. However, the atmosphere is very nice. It is nicer than Panera’s: more spacious and soothing. We sat there one day while discussing business, and it was great. I very much recommended for small get together of between three and six.

It’s good but too pricey. The sandwich I had was good but was nothing special at all. In fact, I cant even remember what type of sandwich I had. I only went here because Bonefish Grill was closed. Also, I wasn’t too pleased with the side dish selection. I think I would have been happier with a Subway footling spicy Italian or a sub from Jersey Mike’s. I won’t be going back.
