If I can only give NO star I’ll give it to this internet service company !!! Waste of time and money we just got our internet last Wednesday and paid 104 to install it and guess what our internet is not fast and since yesterday we don’t have internet at all we called and I got the stupidest answer for them they can’t send tech til the 28 that is bullshit supposed to be you guys have a tech available everyday for your customer and knowing we’re fucking paying for the internet ohh wait «FASTEST INTERNET» YES THATS NOT TRUE AT ALL YOU SHOULD PUT «TRASH INTERNET»!!! ILL WAIT TIL TOMOROW TO SEE IF THEYLL DO SONE ACTIOB OR ELSE IM GOING TO CANCEL OUR SERVICE FROM YOUR COMPANY !!! COZ ITS WORTHLESS TO HAVE MEDIACOM THAT YOU CANT EVEN USE IT AT ALL AND HAVE TO PAY ALOT WITH TRASHY INTERNET !!!

New internet service intermittently down every hour or so… cable intermittently weak signal with fuzzy signal. Very disappointed and canceling.
