Over scheduled patients. Had to wait too long before seeing a doctor. Ended up leaving since it was over an hour before the doctor would see me.
Seemed to lack the respect of other people’s time.
I cancelled and rescheduled with another doctor.

I went to Dr. Adams today with my husband for a rash on his arms. She and her staff are AWESOME! Very professional and a wonderful bedside manor. Everything was explained to us so that we knew exactly what was going on and she even came up with a plan of action to ensure the problem completely goes away. I felt very comfortable asking her questions eventhough it was my husband’s appointment and not mine! Lol! She has another doctor at her practice. His name escapes me right now (so sorry!), but he has a great smile and took his time to talk with us during the intake process! The receptionist and the person who checks you out (Judy, I believe) were both super nice as well. You just don’t know how good it felt to walk in and feel welcomed! So many doctor’s offices lack that. The office itself is immaculate. Very clean and up to date. Waiting room is a bit small but one gets over that very quickly because of the quality of service. Again, Dr. Adams is great and really knows her stuff! I think I’ll be switching my dermatologist soon!
