They have very pathetic customer service. The receptionist Amenda has no respect for customers what so ever, They made a mistake of updating my contact details and they blame me that I gave them wrong details. Why ll someone give wrong details and my details were not even cross checked. Amenda told me that they need a email referral from the dentistry which referred me but when I called my dentist office they told me they never expected any email referral. This is the first time they are saying that they require email referral. In the end she tells me whenever I plan to schedule a appointment with any other office, I should give them my correct details implying that I don’t understand english. She even directly told me that I should take responsibility for all my actions. I would kindly recommend you not to go there because you may end up hearing what I have heard.

Billing error, the procedure was done almost 2 moths ago. The refund was supposed to be sent out 2 weeks after te procedure, never receive the check. I went in the office and follow up with the office staff, not as friendly as the first time i met them. And kept insist the bill was correct when she was the one told me last month that they over charged us, and the check will be send back to me. When I tried to arranged a date to meet and o over the bill, the staff is not willing to meet in person to explain the bill. However, she is willing to go over the bill over the phone. What kind of BS is this? You have time to explain to me over the phone, but not in person? I don’t recommend anyone to go, but if you do, please understand what you got bill and how much.
