Moseley Diamond Showcase Inc

In April I went to Moseleys to have a ring sized. The ring had diamond chips on the band and because of this it would have been very costly to size plus the risk of losing the chips was very high. The sales staff placed ring guard on the ring for free and also fixed my husbands watch band for no charge. I am very impressed with the level of service and honesty they provided. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for my jewelry purchases.

I wish there was a way to give this place 0 stars. Moseley’s should hands down NOT be allowed to «make» jewelry. My mom had her gold melted down and a few diamonds cut to create rings for my sisters and I, such a great idea. Within the first month of having the rings, 2 of the rings had broken bands and diamonds had fallen out. When we took them back to get fixed, it took over MONTHS for them to «fix». When I finally got mine back, I could still see the line where the band had broke, but since it took them so long to even give it back, I didn’t want to part with it. My sister’s diamonds continued falling out so she eventually had them take the diamonds out and made it a solid band. The line where my band had originally broke… well…broke again less than a month later. I’m writing this because yesterday another band broke causing a diamond to fall out and of course it’s out of warranty. Seriously reconsider going here, you will REGRET it.
