Like R.K. I am claustrophobic and was so grateful to find Next Generation. The open MRI was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed another MRI a month later for something unrelated, I went right back, even from Arlington, VA.
Only problem was slow on returning results, so do plan on following up on that.

Excellent for anyone who is claustophobic. I was early for my Friday morning appointment. It only took a few minutes to fill out the few forms that they provide and was quickly led by the radiographer to the lockers where you can leave your watch, phone, keys, wallet etc. The mri machine itself is awesome and a godsend for someone like me who hates going through traditional MRI machines. They also allowed my spouse to sit in the same room as the mri machine since she passed their qualifications for someone who can accompany the patient into the room.
