They remodeled the inside recently and changed the seating, I can’t say if I like it better or not, its just different. One big complaint is that they have changed the size of the thai curry soup — the regular looks like what a small used to be. You now receive very little broth which is disappointing. Come on Noodles, you’re better than that… also, what is with the siracha knock-off sauce, why not use the real thing? my 4 star rating is eroding.

Just got take out from them and it was awful and a complete waste of money. The Bangkok curry with tofu — one of my regulars at this chain — was inedible. Someone had covered the entire dish wish some sort of potent sea salt that completely masked the true flavor. I had also ordered a regular that was no more than a small. We also paid extra for steak in the second dish and maybe got two pieces of steak. We will NOT be back. Also, be careful there if your kids have allergies. Even nut free dishes are contaminated, despite what they may tell you. One of my friends had to rush her child to the hospital after eating there.

Downgrading my review to a three star. Lately the service is just really off. The employees were robotic, seriously no eye contact and no smiling. The food is still good though! I’m still loving the penne rosa as my go to dish. I saw they recently added kids meals — finally!!! The regular portions were way too big for kids so that is exciting. They have pretty decent email promotions so sign up. You get a free bowl for your birthday and a handful of BOGO coupons throughout the year. I’m hoping the service here improves, but until then, I’ll just be ordering take out. Call ahead and it’s ready in about 10 – 15 minutes.

I’ve only been there once and I will only be there that one time. The food was terrible; everything was dry, bland, salty, you name it. I will never come here again or any other Noodles & Company.

Everything was so dried. The pad Thai was plain, no flavor. My son loves Mac n cheese but there was seriously no cheese, just dried up macaroni. What a waste of money! Didn’t expect it to be spectacular but definitely didn’t expect to be that bad.

So, we ordered 3 dishes from here Mac and cheese: barely any cheese noodles were dried out. Bangkok curry: it was the best out of all three, although noodles still dry and hard to mix. Japan pan noodles: awful, the noodles are thick in nature but the way they added the sauce you couldn’t even taste anything but flour. Ordered a side of cibatta bread and honestly was the only thing worth paying for. I wish I can get my 30 $ back!!! What a waste of gas and time. Not to mention I was starving so it really was a disappointment. Service: it’s not a full service restaurant granted, but definitely could have been more helpful and pleasant. When asked about sauces they offer she said what sauces I don’t know what you mean. Instead of replying we do not have any specific sauces. Conclusion: WILL not return. No matter how hungry I am, even if it’s free. One star for the cibatta bread.

This was my first visit to this Noodles & Company location, the food is great, BUT our server could not be any more rude than she was. When she brought our food to our booth she tried to figure out who ordered what, and before my mother and I could help her out and let her know whose meal was whose the girl interrupted us in the meanest tone I’ve ever heard and repeated what order she had, we both got our meals and quietly sat there for a few moments. I get it, maybe you were having an off day, I’ve worked in the food industry too BUT even if I did have an off day, I would never take it out on customers. It seems so unprofessional, not trying to be rude but I just want to throw that out there.

I’ve been here numerous times. I always get the same thing, beef stroganoff with no mushrooms and usually I get extra sauce. My last visit, I didn’t need the extra sauce but there have been times its dry so I always ask for it. The mac & cheese is ok, sauce a lil runny & shredded cheese on top. I don’t get the Asian noodles since I can’t do spicy. Have not tried the salads, soups or sandwiches. They have the drink machine where you can select drink & then flavor. They also have Honest tea now. Dessert: I am a sucker for the big rice crispy treat! I never want to share it.

This restaurant is extremely chill. They got some delicious mac and cheese, it is really good and it hits the spot. They got seating outside that is pretty good, especially at night. They have alot of different kinds of soda and its just a nice place to chill with some friends or your girl. Highly recommended it, and its not expensive

I was never a fan of Noodles & Company even after trying most of their dishes, but I thought I would give it another try after avoiding it for 2 years. In short, my opinion of them haven’t changed a bit. Maybe I’m expecting too much when I say that their dishes can be better, but for what they’re charging me I don’t think it’s worth it. Their Pad Thai and Japanese Pan Noodles(what my gf and I got) was just as dry and every less flavorful as I remembered it to be. The steak in my pan noodles was extremely salty… To the point where I couldn’t eat it without bites of the noodles to offset the saltiness. I’d much rather go to an actual Asian restaurant and order noodle dishes there. The servings run on the smaller side too. The only thing I like about Noodles & Company is the variety: you’re not limiting yourself to a specific culture of noodles. But unless they enhance the quality of their dishes or increase the serving size, I’ll take my $ 8 to the Chipotle next door or somewhere that specializes in the type of noodles that I’m craving.

My go to when I’m at school. I usually come on my breaks for lunch/dinner and my food is always good and how I asked for it. However I’ve noticed if I come during lunch rush my shrimp is usually burnt or my pasta lacks flavor. I guess it’s due to the chef having to rush orders but other than that I have no complaints. The staff is nice. If I come for dinner I usually stay for bout and hour or so to catch up on hw since they have wifi and I’ve never had anyone say anything to me. Love this location!

Thanks Jesus I decided to read the restaurant description before I started writing this down. What’s great about this place? The single source of light in the whole place is the cheerful server who brought in the food(food?) She deserves a large tip and please someone save her from this train wreck of a place. Let me begin. The ordering process… Who doesn’t ask if I needed anything to drink with that? Paid for the yuengling after the second ring. I’ve never had bad Yeungling until this place. The only explanation i had was that they left out the bottle under the sun. The pad Thai was mostly soup Thai. The veggies are old… The linguini is just that… Linguini. The hot pot«specialty» is I’m not sure what they’re trying to do. I guess it was supposed to be curry? But tastes like beer bullion cubes with way too much water. It was not cooked but assembled. The chicken in it was old. The shiitake was a waste of good ingredient… I felt sorry for the shiitake for suffering such an embarrassment… I gave it a mercy killing by finishing all of it. Thanks to the beer gods for the bad beer to remove the bad slimy aftertaste of the food. Again kudos for the lone waitress for keeping the customers from revolting. One. But I gave another star because they are fusion!!! Fusion means bad… AFAIK. and this is Asian fusion. Oh yeah the bottled water is great. :)

I just really don’t think that this place is that special. I wanted to love it because I love noodles but I just can’t. They have Asian and Italian inspired dishes and I’ve tried a few but none impressed me at all.

Simple — this is a chain food with dishes that if you like, you just get again and again for a quick meal you know you’ll like. Isn’t that the truth? I’m a fan of the penne Rosa so that’s my go to dish. Can’t complain about the service because you order, they bring it out, they clean it up. Simple. The end.

The service was cool. I’m new to this location and haven’t been to the chain itself in about a year but they diced up my grilled chicken. I’m used to a whole piece so I didn’t like that. Their dishes lack flavor but something about them keeps me coming back. They can add up quick also. I spent $ 18 for a lunch combo with a Arizona tea and their delish rice crispy treat. The portions were huge. I only could eat my soup and one bread stick. The plus is the make the rice crispy treats and they serve wine and I think beer!

Happy National Noodles Day! Thank you to the manager for making this day, Sweet and Ice. Alfredo is too much.

Noodles expanded their menu nicely to include more than soups and pasta. With the addition of sandwiches, there’s something for everyone. Actually, I find ordering from their app is easier since you can see options such as cheesy garlic bread which is quite delish! Had the Pad Thai which is yummy with shrimp but have them good the sprouts unless that’s your thing. They don’t add to the dish. Share a rice crispy treat with someone. It’s ridiculous in size. :)

While I’m not usually wont to review national chain-type establishments, I feel compelled to recommend Noodles & Co., as it offers a substantial variety of made-to-order dishes that don’t ALL contain noodles/pasta :) Plenty of soups, salads, sandwiches, and of course some tried-and-true pasta dishes. I won’t bore you with how one orders at Noodles, what the menu items are, etc., as that’s basic information that is the same among all locations. What stood out to me here at this particular location was the friendly and efficient service. The cashier and food runners actually looked customers in the eye, thanked them, were knowledgeable about the menu items, and seemed to care about the experience they were providing to customers. The tables were all bussed, clean, and the napkin/utensil/hot sauce bar was clean and well-stocked. They also have a Coca-Cola Freedom machine for endless carbonated beverage items. From one Elite Unilocaler to the rest of the Unilocal world: my favorite items at(any) Noodles establishment — their HUGE and gooey/fresh Rice Krispy treats, the Pork Mediterranean Salad, and the Thai Curry Soup. See? Not even any noodles in that list :) I’ve heard the mac-and-cheese is good(it better be).

In summary, if you’re looking for a fast food alternative that serves Asian/Italian flavors and is NOT McDonalds or something, this is a great place. Personally, I think it’s best suited for a group of girls on mostly vegetarian diet or a girl who’s dating a guy with a dainty appetite. Otherwise, someone’s gonna leave hungry. Honestly, I’d come here a lot more if not for how expensive they can get; I often felt like I needed to order two large bowls in order to be satisfied. So most regular bowls are about $ 6 and large bowls are $ 6 something. But we’re not talking about Phở Dat Thanh sizes here. It’s like half the size of a small bowl of Phở due to the shallow dish design. If you add meat, it will get you up to $ 8 – 9 easily. They have really made effort to diversify their offerings with salads and sandwiches and new flavors of noodle bowls. But their specials are over $ 8. I tried the Thai Hot Pot this weekend and it was disappointing. It didn’t taste much different from their Thai Curry Soup – they just added some shards of beef and chicken. I discovered there was only a mere handful of noodles in the soup. I slurped it all up in 2 bites – and still felt hungry when I finished! The other beef I have with Noodles is… while it mostly tastes good due to the sauces, you have raw onions and just pieces of veggies thrown in. There’s been no marination or real cooking. And you feel it. The consolation is that it’s next to a Jimmy Johns, so if you’re going with other people, a person with a smaller appetite can order from Noodles and the other(s) can order from Jimmy Johns.
