Office Depot

Horrible clerk at copy center yesterday. Not friendly. Very short with every customer she had while I was waiting. She didn’t have a name badge otherwise I would said something to manager then.
Long dreadlocks.

Went here to package some stuff and send it out. After coming here 3 times we continued to see the priority mail boxes were empty and we asked the lady about it. She then told us after we purchased a box from them and sent out the package that she had some out back. Then she continued with «I work some lazy people who don’t do their job.» Which seems quite funny to me because we saw her again the following day to send another package and still the priority boxes were empty. So we went to another associate to help us and she told him to go get the priority boxes from the back. How ironic for her to say this about her fellow co-​workers when she didn’t seem busy at all the previous time we were here. It’s convenient to send packages from here via USPS or UPS because they have packaging material but service is ok, just wish workers like her would look at themselves before they judge others.

I needed something laminated before work, and this Office Depot was located near my hotel.
Went to the copy area, only to find no one behind the counter and two customers standing there waiting to be served. Noticed one employee that was working at one of the computers, who said nothing and certainly did nothing to acknowledge anyone waiting.
Another employee finally went into the work area and finally asked if she could help me — after about 5 minutes of standing there ignored. I explained what I wanted. She began the laminating process, and discovered she had not centered the paper correctly so that one side of my document wasn’t sealed. The employee then ran my already laminated item through the process again. The result was sloppy with many air bubbles in the lamination.
When I return to Raleigh I will have to reprint the documents and have them laminated, due to this very unprofessional level of work.

Great Selection — Not Too Crowded!
This is a nice location! Not overly crowded, especially at this time of year!
Easy in and out, right off of I26 and 126 minutes from downtown– sure beats going to the Harbison mall rat race :)
