This is probably the most disorganized Old Navy I have ever been to in my life. I’ve actually stopped going here because there’s no point in me even coming in, because if I do find something I like I will have to wait half an hour in line to purchase it. The line often goes straight through the women’s section and you have to go around people to look at stuff. Awful. I would order things online rather than shopping in the store, but then I would have to stand in line to return anything. Nothing here is sorted by type. The jeans are all in different places and the dresses are literally all over the store. They’re up in the front by the registers, they’re in the middle of the store, they’re over by the jeans… Seriously, good luck if you want to come here.

Hubby and I stopped by this Old Navy location to use our reward certificate since we are the Navyist card holders. Due to their poor organizations in pretty much every department, hubby was initially excited for finding the USC Gamecock t-shirt that we wouldn’t be able to find in Chicago. However, I told him that he needed to revise the plan because the shirt he was holding onto was a big-boy XL size. He bought a Star War t-shirt instead. The checkout was quite slow on a Tuesday late morning with two(2) sales associates on site. We weren’t really in a hurry, and customers seemed to be quite patient. I was attempting to look for a pair of dark-wash skinny denim for work. I anticipated that the task would be slightly difficult and there wasn’t a sense of urgency in my opinion. Satisfying hubby’s need and using the about-to-expire certificate were good enough for today’s mission.

The store should be declared a national disaster area. My wife was searching for some workout clothes and nothing was clearly priced and everything was hangared wrong. Zero organization. Long, long, long wait times. How about that child mannequin with an arm where the head should be? I don’t go to clothing retailers to be creeped out. Just sayin.

This store continuously disappoints with long lines and minimal cashiers. Ironically I am standing in front of a sign that claims express lane — not likely at this location. Surprise — manager comes up to help one of the 2 cashiers with a line of 20 and does not open another register.

My experience here centers around the dressing rooms being unisex with the ability for the peeping tom next to me to see over the top of the door and see me naked while trying on bathing suits. I was disgusted and when notifying the dressing room attendant they did nothing about removing the offender. Who makes unisex rooms with walls that don’t go to the ceiling?! Horrible idea. If I come back here I certainly won’t be trying anything on.

Since everything seems to be much less expensive in South Carolina, I stopped by Old Navy to pick up some warm clothes to get me through my stay here. Overall, the staff was super friendly. There were lots of shoppers who were there with babies. Like everyone there had a baby with them or pregnant.
