Overpriced, shit selection, and the RUDEST customer service. It’s like everyone who works there goes out of their way to be an asshole. The guy behind the counter(the bald dude who always wears a tacky stereo bluetooth headset around his neck) is extremely unpleasant, mumbles, then gets an attitude when you ask him what he said. Will not even make eye-contact, and treats customers like annoying bugs who are taking time away from him playing with his phone. Will never go there ever again on principal. There’s no shortage of liquor stores in the area.

Horrible horrible service. Self entitled employees and very Non personable people, i dont know who hires them or if they are owners but i own my own business, they would be fired quick if they treated customers the way they did in my business. I feel bad for customers

The staff here is incredibly rude. I asked if they carried the red jam jar because they had the white on display and I was met with some snarky remark about if I didn’t see it they didn’t have it. Full of attitude. And he was wearing a t shirt with holes in it. But I mean whatever. I don’t know if he was the owner but this is the second time I’ve dealt with rude staff at this store. Their prices are a little high and their selection is small. Nice wine selection though. But go to Oakland mills they are way better and NICER!!!

Rude customer service. Went in with my husband for a quick trip. I didn’t have my purse or ID so I had my husband buy it. He said he needed to ID me just because I was in the store. Is this college town ??

This place is the worst. They are always out of my favorite wine… they close Super early on Sundays, and their customer service sucks. It’s better to just drive over to the one off of Stevens forest or Dobbins liquor. Both of those stores are friendly, they have good hours, and they keep my favs in stock.

This business has absolutely on clue about customer service! It’s disgustingly terrible just like there ridiculous over-inflated priced gourmet beers that stay on the self past expiration date. Don’t be surprised if it taste rotten vegetables and skunk! The unintelligible incapable Italian manager accepted money from a crooked district attorney with a low mental capacity and blatantly disregards the constitution as a irrelevant document. The manager is compensated to indirectly explain and mention to clueless customers while I’m in the store(1) rude remarks(2) outright prevented lies(3) aggravated harassment(4) discriminatory and sexual harassment(5) any-other disrespectful comment about me every-time purchasing beer! Not only that, but he’s explained to have his employees do the same. There unknowingly making themselves look stupid! pathetically! This district attorney is a arrogant ignorant dumb arrogant moron scumbag that’s largely meaningless trash. Just a thug with a stupid badge that thinks he’s above everybody. Staff knows absolutely nothing about beer, wine or liquor and can rarely answer any questions also. I told them hire a lawyer right away, but can’t seem listen. Undercover agents go inside attempts sexual inadequacies and shortcomings toward the younger African American women at the counter. She can sue! s0 can they a11!

Get in and get the hell out. The store is super cramped with hardly any walking room. The staff is super unfriendly and they dont seem like they care. One of the guys is always watching TV or movies on his laptop. Usually some sort of Kung Fu. The selection is good but find what you want and leave. They also try to market themselves as a «wine drinkers» store. Yet they have a shit selection and do not know a thing about any of their wines. Ocassionally they have some female that will have«samples» at the door of different wines they are probably just looking to move out /break even on. However, I’m pretty sure this is a violation of their liqour license.

Beer, wine, liquor all in one store. Oh it’s so easy, wish my state did this! Can buy singles, 6ers, 12 packs or a case. Good Variety!

Worst customer service ever. They guy behind the counter was yacking on his BT headset the whole time I’m trying to check out. Could not have been worse customer service. I was appalled.

I’ve never been here at a high volume time, so I can’t speak to what it like when it is crowded. However, there are several really good things about this store. It is very well stocked for a store its size and the staff is very helpful. However, parking is terrible as it is in a plaza with a Giant and a Jerry’s Subs and Pizza. There is more parking behind the Giant, but that is a bit of a hike. The clientele can also be a bit sketchy. Once while I was there, two guys came in reeking of alcohol with three little kids in tow. Personally, I wouldn’t have sold to them, but I don’t know what the law is like in Maryland.

I’m handing out a lot of 3’s today… guess that’s how it goes sometimes. This is a really nice place. It does that stupid«we’re a wine joint» thing, but they actually do it well. They actually know wine when you ask(not sure how expertly they are, but seem pretty decent). Their selection is really good for wine, beer, and liquor. Not that many weird things, but I got a place for that. Staff is friendly and cool. The location sucks. That friggin’ Owen Brown Town Center/Giant parking lot is a freaking train wreck. It’s always too busy, there is always something crazy going on there, and the setup makes as much sense as DC’s lack of a grid system, and I always want Jerry’s when I’m within four-hundred feet of the place(which is how many feet I am legally required to stay away from it). The layout also gives rise to a strange problem. The place is busy all the time, which is whatever, but they have three registers with the third crammed right up against the door. If it’s heavy traffic time, it become difficult and awkward to get to the booze. That’s just nit-picking, but I’m a pretty awkward dude, so it’s a problem for me.
