Patapsco Eye MDs

This has been my primary eye care for at least 15 years. Dr. Glasser is a skilled, caring, wonderful physician, and I have liked every one of his staff and associates, and every specialist he has referred me to. He listens to me and explains things thoroughly, and I have always had superior care from him. I have been seen right on time (sometimes earlier if I came early), with one exception — when he had an emergency patient and, frankly, I was comforted to see how Dr. Glasser responded so completely to an emergency situation. I would have rated this practice as 5 (or more) stars — EXCEPT — I called the office today with a question about an upcoming appointment, and his «new» phone menu is almost impossible to follow. And it is a very long, wordy message; it takes a long time to get through the «tree» in search of the right branch. After trying 4 times, and never finding where I needed to be, I finally gave up, and I will just drive out there and stop in. I hope this phone menu is corrected. It was never like this before.

Really large and long-​established eye doctor association in Columbia – over 20 years. Very spacious and comfortable, good service. They have two doctors, David Glasser MD, and Malin Howard MD. Dr. Glasser seems to have won a lot of awards from what I can see on the walls, and my previous doctor at Johns Hopkins recommended him.
