Precision Dentistry

This dentist Archer removed a silver filling from a tooth that was fine. He put in a white filling instead but never removed the decay; put the new filling on top of old layer of decay. This causes unbelievable pain and infection and is highly unethical. He also did such a lousy sloppy job on the filling — he left a gaping space in the filling near the gum line which was letting air into the tooth nerve. I went somewhere else and they were able to show me the huge space left underneath the filling and even put their dentist tool through it and have it come out the other side! No this is not made up, this supposed dentist is an incompetent greedy quack. The new dentist also shone a light on the area under the new filling to show me where the decay was and removed it for me. Unfortunately tooth nerve traumatized pain never went away completely so needed root canal. When the office girl called to talk me into getting more procedures, I told her I was still in pain from the first. She just hung up without asking what was wrong or saying good bye, I’m sure she has heard enough horror stories from patients without wanting to hear another one.

i came in pain, i left in more pain… dr. archer is a crook. i was given costs for one thing and when i returned i paid more. wasn’t given the proper paperwork and it shows stuff they did not do. was advised that i needed all of my teeth pulled and would require upper and lower dentures, he took impressions with the teeth i still had twice and couldn’t get those right. when the dentures arrived i was called, came in, they removed my remaining teeth (28 or so) and tried to force these dentures in my mouth that (a) clearly did not fit (b) were uncomfortable and not cut properly, and in turn he pretty much blamed this on me and actually telling me «this was a shot in the dark». you don’t take shots in the dark with someones health. i went for further consultation with another dentist practice and was shocked when the dentist told me that (a) x rays should have been done first and treatment to remove bacteria (b) no impressions should have been done with teeth in my mouth, they wont fit © further consultation should have been discussed clearly and removal of any loose teeth and implants should have been suggested. dr. archer uses personel in house office who lack experience in treating patients, his actions with me were careless, he prescribes dangerous drugs such as vicodin and 800mg motrin to patients without consulting with them regarding there medical history, all of his denture work is outsourced and he does not have the capacity to provide quality services in my opinion. i am in a position now where i will have to spend thousands of dollars out of pocket to fix the mess he made and i am quite unhappy about that.

I’ve been going to Precision Dentistry for 3 years. I was a person that would start but would stop working on my smile. After my first visit, it was like I found my home. His Team is the BEST! And my smile shows it!!!
