Came on time and was told they are short on staff and overlapping time with another client. October 3, 2015 — Appt was called to cancel by Premier Laser Spa Staff– because the storm was coming in SC causing a Flood.(Appointment for the other half portion) October 10, 2015 — Appt was rescheduled to this day but it rained heavily again and I am located in a flood zone– Rescheduled to 10/17/2015(Appt to come back for the other half portion) Effective Friday, October 16th, Premier Laser Spa of Columbia will no longer be in operation. First and foremost, we’d like to thank the Columbia community for your support since opening. October 29, 2015 — I wrote an email as a complaint and request for answers and seek for assistance of what we can do to fix this. Possibly a refund? November 6, 2015 The response I got back from Premier Laser Spa Hello, The decision was made by our corporate office to merge a select number of locations to nearby clinics. This become effective as of October 16, 2015. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We are unable to offer you a refund, because we do fully intend to honor all of your treatments at our merger location. However, we are also working hard to find quality local providers in your area. We estimate within the next 4 – 6 weeks we should have a local provider for you in your area. There are a lot of legal details that are involved, so we apologize for the wait. In the mean– time since treatments are scheduled every 6 – 8 weeks on average, we’d love for you to continue your treatments in the merger location, and hope that the need for you to travel there will only be temporary. We are so happy you are able to transfer to one of our merger locations. We are offering 1 small treatment package compliments of Premier. * A small area can include: lip, chin, ears, hands, feet, widow’s peak, glabella(middle of eye brow). November 5, 2015 — Hi! My name is Danielle Hughes and I was a client of the Premier Laser Spa location in Columbia SC. I personally paid in full with cash for my laser hair removal package and have tried without any luck to get a viable solution or full/partial refund. I am trying to get together with everyone effected by this closing. I was given the email addresses of everyone who was a client of this location. Myself and another client are contacting lawyers to see if we have a case against Premier Laser Spa. If you are interested in keeping in touch and up to date with what we learn and/or find out please join our Facebook group, I hope that we can get a solution that fits everyone’s needs. If you have already been able to get a refund through your credit card company, bank or finance company we are really happy for you, but if you are still looking for another solution please join us in our fight to get what we deserve as customers. —Received that message from a person named Danielle Hughes, not sure if this was another way of Premier Laser Spa scheming to investigate who was against them, because sure enough once I joined that group, some how the page went missing. Novemeber 6, 2015: Dear Valued Client of Premier Laser Spa of Columbia, It has come to our attention that you may have received an email from an individual regarding our Clinic. This individual is not a representative of Premier Laser Spa and we apologize for any confusion this has caused. —What kind of business would Premier be if all clients information was thrown out there, easily to be grabbed by the public view? Somehow«confidentiality» was also misused and violated. The person whom emailed out to me sure enough knew I was a client at Premier Laser Spa — How can you trust a business like this? November 7, 2015 — Was initially scheduled to get the other half portion done but I can’t get this done because it had relocated to Greenville. January 7, 2016 –Premier Laser Spa of Columbia merged its Columbia location with the Greenville location. We are very excited to be sending you this letter to let you know of an option to allow your remaining treatments to be finished in the Columbia area by an outstanding substitute provider, Preva Laser Skin Center. January 21, 2016 — Medical release sent to premier laser spa to send medical packet over to Preva January 30, 2016 — First scheduled appointment at Preva Laser Spa Appt was canceled by Preva — they didn’t have my medical files yet February 4, 2016– Second appointment — Also canceled by Preva b/c the laser machines were not in February 202016 — NOCALL for cancellation — luckily I called in to check on my time and again, no machines. SCAM! I had purchased a package for 8 treatments plus the 4 free treatments, for a total of 12 laser treatments. In my consultation I was promised a falsified«Lifetime Guarantee». They offered me the no interest finance package, which I accepted, and had begun making payments for the treatments. On Oct. 16, 2015 I was notified by email that the Columbia location was being closed immediately and that all clients were being transferred to the Greenville, SC location, which is over 2 hours away, 4 hours roundtrip. After 3 months, Premier came back, and notified us that they found an alternative location in Columbia for clients. I was ok with that and was going to continue my treatments there if all was the same. They promised that the new location purchased their lasers so nothing would change with the treatments. This was another LIE! When speaking to the new location, they informed me that they only purchased the YAG laser and not the GentleLase. I have fair skin and lighter/finer hair; my skin type would not be suitable for that type of laser. I am beyond angry and annoyed at how poorly a company can treat its customers! I had financed over $ 4,000, and the finance company refuses to refund the money or do anything about this. They still expect payment every month, which is ridiculous, granted I am no longer receiving treatments nor can I continue to get treatments due to the location closing. If there is anyone else who is in this same situation, please message me. There needs to be legal action taken, as premier has lied and cheated people out of their money. The promises they make are deceitful and unethical.
