Went by there today and was told that the price they quoted me was only for the day. Their prices change everyday. That sounds like price gouging doesn’t it?

The staff is here is great! Stephanie was my agent and she was very professional and helpful in finding me the right unit for my storage needs and budget. I would highly recommend this Public storage location to my friends, family and colleagues.
The only improvement I would like to see is streamlining the Move-in/Application process, it takes too long. Perhaps offer a Web based application so customers have already entered all the information before they arrive and it’s just a matter of printing and signing the agreement, showing ID and making payment.

I have had several storage places over many years due to frequency of moving and military service. This has been the best with which to work. They are very friendly, helpful and the units are very clean and dry. No issues at all.
