My experience at Public Storage was absolutely amazing and I would even say a pleasure! As a college student I am constantly noticing how businesses try to swindle and take advantage of me because of my age and position as an out of state student, but that anxiety was so unnecessary in this case! From the very beginning of the process I have had excellent customer service who has answered any and all questions I have had. Denise helped me to make an appointment to move in and then during that appointment she took me on a comprehensive tour and answered my many MANY questions. Denise is the store manager and has worked with the company for many years and she is one of the most pleasant and positive people I have ever met. Could not recommend this place more!
Facility: Very clean, Very well located and very well protected
Staff: Denise is great, I also got a move in follow up call and that was nice to help

My mother-in-law’s home was completely flooded. We had (what could be saved) 44 years of furniture, clothes and memories that needed to be stored. Denise was amazing — so friendly and caring. She was a bright spot in a very horrible situation. She made sure we got exactly what we needed and always did so with a smile.
Additionally, this facility is very conveniently located. Made it handy for the 30+ times we had to go there.
