The worst place to buy your glasses!
I went for an eye exam at the Dr.‘s office adjacent to Quality Optical (QO). When I was done it was suggested by one of the Dr.‘s staff members to go the eyewear place next door; QO.
The guy I dealt with told me my glasses would be ready in 2 – 3 days because they make the glasses on site. He said once they were ready he would call me. I agreed and paid a higher price for the convenience.
A week passes and I don’t get a call so I call them. The same guy I initially dealt with gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me my glasses were delivered to the wrong location; Onley. Huh? What happened to making the glasses «on site?» He then suggests I go to the Onley location to pick them up because he won’t get them until the next day. So I call the Onley office to make sure they have them. When I call they put me on hold for ½hr!!! Finally, I call from a different line and they answer right away. When I ask if my glasses are there they confirm they are. When I ask can they send them to the Columbia location because Onley is twice as far away from me than the Columbia location, they say they can but they won’t get there for 3 days. 3 Days??? What a POS operation! I will never get glasses or any other eyewear from this place again.

I go to the office in Olney, Md, but didn’t see it listed here. Erica is the best salesperson I have ever worked with in an optical shop. She picked out about 8 frames for me to try and within minutes, we narrowed it down to 2. She is able to look at someone’s face and know what style frame will suit it. Highly recommend!
