The décor is really old, the floor is disgusting, and it smells like urine… Oh and the food, it’s gross!!!

I’m always up for trying new places. Our server was really nice. But in the end it kind of stopped there. They have a large menu ranging from breakfast items to gyros. I found it a little odd when they brought the rolls out and they were individually sealed from some outside source. I got the Dalber burger. It was good but I didn’t feel it was $ 9 good. 2 others ordered plates with requests of ingredients(such as tomatoes) to be excluded from the meals, which was ignored. The server acknowledged that the cook was known to do that frequently. I’m not sure that I’ll be back.

A total waste of time. The Lantern was great. This place is not worth the trip over to Columbia. Food is lousy; service is lousy.

i went here for supper with the mom. i got the home omelet, with American fries, and a pancake. I also ordered a cup of beef barley soup and they had a special on slices of cake. the home omelet is gyro meat, spinach, onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese. i opted out of the tomatoes. the omelet was OK. i could not really taste the gyro meat. they put a lot of feta in the omelet. the American fries were good, but needed something. they needed onions or something. the pancake i could have left alone. the pancake was gritty and dry. even with syrup it was dry. I don’t usually put alot of syrup on pancakes and things but they were almost Sahara dry. the soup was good but average. the before dinner rolls are prepackaged. i have never seen that before but they were OK. i have yet to eat the cake but for $ 1.99 on special I’m sure i won’t complain to much. i used to work with our waitress, Julie, so i can’t say to much about service. it is different when you know the person. I’ll have to take my favorite buddy here for breakfast.
