Rick agreed to an urgent service call at my seasonal site to help with an electrical issue I was having with my RV, which I was marketing for sale. He was thorough, found the problem, and fixed it (and it was not straightforward), all at a very fair price. He is very experienced and customer focused — can’t speak more highly of anyone in the service business!

While camping at a nearby campground we had a problem with one of our circuit breakers. When we called Rick he agreed to come to the campground but first talked us through a couple of things. By doing this we were able to get the circuit breaker working again. We appreciate that he was willing to work with us first on the phone saving us the «house call». Thanks Rick!!!
