I contacted Ron prior to drive over 2 hours to meet with him regarding a house that we are buying. I called him when he was 15 minutes late and he said he was 10 minutes away and asked again for the address. I waited and still he didn’t show up. Had he been the only landscaper I had asked to meet with us that day, I would have been VERY VERY upset. Instead, he lost our business. I since called him and he did not answer my call or respond to the message that I left for him. I find him EXTREMELY unprofessional!
