First time ever eating at any Ruby Tuesday. and the food was very good. our waitress, 984 Martha B was off the hook, very helpful, courteous and friendly, cuz the hostess at the front door, who sat us was a royal ass, not polite at all and rude. I was about to get in her shit, but Martha made it all worth while, so I held back, because I don’t take no stuff from anyone. Callie Girl

I came here on Friday for lunch, got in and seated right away. I had the salad bar and a sweet tea. Let me start with the salad bar, it is great love it each time I have been there. Sweet tea was pricey yes I said pricey, almost $ 3 thats high to me, anyways sweet tea tasted like I was drink sugar with a tad of water added for flavor lol. I give it 3 stars just because I waited almost 30 mins for my check to leave even though the waitress said she would bring it right out, after several reminders I finally was able to pay and leave. Food was great though!

I was there today with my two grandkids, I wasn’t done, still had my drink(ruby relaxer) I got up to take them to the restroom, I left his jacket and my box to go with there drinks, I come back to the table and they had cleaned the table. I was like what the f**** really… They cleaned out the table and I wasn’t even done. I won’t ever go bacK there again, nor will I recommend that place to nobody. I hope that shit doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Called at about 7:50 and they said they were going to be open on Christmas Eve until 9. Drove over there and when we got to the door the manager rudely turned us away before we could even get out of the rain because he said they«ran out of product.» I understand that it’s Christmas Eve, but it’s on the same day as every other year so I don’t know why they wouldn’t have ordered correctly. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this Ruby Tuesday’s.

Everything here was just ok. Nothing amazing, but then again, it’s Ruby Tuesday. They haven’t really revamped their menu so you kinda know what you’re already in for. The salad bar was lacking though. Not a huge selection to choose from. I ordered a turkey burger. It was alright. The bartender was made a frozen strawberry margarita that was overly sweet and he was spilling stuff all over the place. The staff were all literally just hanging at the bar kind of staring. The manager was really nice when we first walked in. Again, it’s nothing amazing, but nothing terrible.

This is my favorite non-fast food restaurant, for a Friday night dinner or a birthday or anniversary celebration. The salad bar has a wonderful variety of items to make a delicious salad.

My husband and I are not fans of chain restaurants while traveling. However, he fell the other day and injured his knee, so walking around downtown or 5 points or the Vista was out of the question. So we chose the close and simple route. Ruby’s was right down the road from our hotel. I knew I should have drove to pick up something to go from a better restaurant that is worth my hard earned money. This place is expensive and disgusting all rolled into one. My husband ordered the Rib Eye and they said it was 12oz. I beg to differ. It was thin and full of fat. It was the worse Rib Eye cut I’ve seen in a very long time. He had a Peppercorn Alfredo sauce over it, completely tasteless. I ordered the Coastal Trio — can you say frozen fish bought from a wholesale store. Oh my, this was the worse fish I can actually say I’ve eaten. The creole seasoning was a bit off and not as exciting as I was hoping for. The Tilapia itself had the frozen taste to it. Along with the three small shrimp I had, which were cold when they came. And the lobster tail were the smallest I’ve ever seen. Our waitress seemed pretty clueless. Forgot to bring the cheddar biscuits. When they finally arrived, I wish they never had. They were flat and a horrible rendition of Cheddar Bay biscuits from Red Lobster. Our table was sticky. The hostess had to get a rag and wash it off. Bad experience all together and we will not be returning to a Ruby Tuesday again.

Was looking forward to ruby Tuesday’s since they closed ours a few years ago. However. The service was very poor. Extensive wait to find only half the tables were being utilized. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the buffalo sauce came on the side. Are you kidding me? Basically got a chicken sandwich with a cup of buffalo sauce in case I wanted it. Does the menu not say buffalo chicken sandwich? Did I not order one? Makes no sense. Supposedly they were under staffed. The army base has graduation this week and every hotel within miles is sold out and they don’t know this? Time for a new manager.

Horrible. Waited 15 mins for our waitress who wa standind fifteen feet away having a friend conversation because her friends were about to leave the restaurant. We asked for a manager thru 2 not 1 but 2 different servers and we have yet to hold a conversation with the manager. I ordered a fish dinner. It was to salty and I got an extra ingredient of fish scales as a topping. I won’t come back here again. Only one star because i can’t find a big fat zero. Ps the manager Tim Collins dod catch us in the parking lot and made us a generous make up offer but we refused it.

I thought I would give this place another try after my horrible experience previously. First of all I sat at the bar and ordered a Texas tea(Long Island tea) and it was horrible!!! How could you mess up a classic drink as a LIIT! I sent that back and ordered a peach martini. Hey who could mess up another classic drink l. Wrong, the bartender could. martinis are not supposed to taste like straight sugar! I then got my Togo order which was a New Orleans seafood. I have had this dish a few times and it has never tasted as bland as I tasted today. I wish I would have made a different dinner choice. This was a waste of my Time and money because the food was horrible! I gave this review 2 stars because the service was not bad.

I took a sea food plate with fried sweet potato and salad bar. It is just right. The waitress is good, friendly. Also instead of side order, you can ask for salad bar which is very good.

Not warm and fuzzy Hostess was not the friendliest I’ve ever met. Seemed a bit dirty especially the bathrooms and the door handles. Food ok not great, waitress Raven was nice but Tim Collins manager should get it together will never be back sorry to say.

Service is pretty good and the food is good. Usually doesn’t take that long to get your good but the salad bar is good for the wait. If you sit at the bar and they are busy then the service can suffer but usually I don’t have any major issues. Good spot to catch a beer, the game, and some good food.

Table was still dirty so I had to wipe it down… the restaurant is a bit empty and the food is taking forever to come out… waiter has only been at the table twice and drinks are low… also the host didn’t give any silverware… but the noticed that he definitely gave some to the folks his color… not coming back… also the minis are dry as hell!!! our waiter was being superficial as hell… very extra… for no reason… but hey to each it’s own… Customer service… Poor… Someone needs retrain!!!

Service was poor this time. The waitress was completely clueless. maybe she was just new, we can only hope, but here is what happened. A friend of mine asked for a glass for their beer, and the waitress brought a glass full of ice. Then when we ordered, she wouldn’t let me order an appetizer with the salad bar. I wanted to order the quesadilla appetizer, but she said I had to order the quesadilla entrée to get a salad bar. I didn’t argue as I was hungry. I have always ordered an appetizer for my entrée. Ruby Tuesdays even suggests it. When I got the quesadilla entrée, it came on a small plate with a few small triangles. Are you kidding?!? I got the appetizer for the entrée price. My meal was like $ 10. We never got our drinks filled either. I’m going to blame this bad experience on the service. I go here often and never had terrible service. I guess there’s a first time for everything. I still consider this a good place to go. Waitress needs training though.

The service here is fantastic! Danika was our server and she was bubbly and very attentive! I had the Garden Bar & Soup(chicken tortilla) and a loaded baked potato. The salad bar has tons of veggies, a pasta salad, fruit salad, and an array of dressings. I also ordered the Ruby Relaxer, it was very smooth, not too strong or sweet! Pricing is comparable to many restaurants of this caliber. I enjoyed dining here and will do so in the future.
