I had a difficult set of circumstances and needs to work around, and Rhonda worked so hard and so efficiently to meet all of them. I have a unit, I have had sometimes 2, at this particular Storage Mart. I choose it for its restricted access. I have accessed my unit at all hours for various reasons and never had a problem(unless I forgot my code). When I moved away due to work, I left feeling good that my stuff was secure. I know I have been a client for I think 5 years and have found their people delightful, helpful and friendly. My only complaints would be that the units, while they do have a light, are not climate controlled. Also, they have raised their prices, but that’s the business these days. You pay for what you get. I get piece of mind and my stuff is secure.

At the risk of sounding vindictive – screw you, StorageMart lady. The people here are after your hard-earned money, want to swindle you, or both. In chronological order, their on-site manager: 1) Quoted me a different price than the website displayed. 2) Asked me for a power of attorney since our family is in the military. What? 3) Wanted copies of our military IDs. 4) Upped the rental unit price. 5) Charged us an extra $ 10 fee«to ensure service.» At this point, we quickly found another storage unit provider. The manager at that point refused to refund our $ 10, even though no service was provided. Hilariously enough, at the first whisper of ‘Customer Protection Bureau’ I was immediately refunded the money. Wouldn’t be surprised if more than one scam was being run out of this dump.
