Strings Attached

It really is as good as it gets. I went to Strings Attached because they were the closest authorized Martin repair shop. I came in to have my HD-​28 set up and add a strap button. Jeff was extremely friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. Turnaround time was very fast. I would have been impressed with the customer service alone, but wait until you see the work he does. I have had this guitar for two years and I finally thought I would go ahead and get a good set up to lower the action. I wish I had found his shop earlier. The guitar was great before, but this set up has made this guitar perfect. I can’t say enough about how impressed my overall experience was. I will bring all of my guitars to him in the future for set up and any repairs if needed.

This business is pretty much strictly for repairs, and the owner/​operator is very professional and knowledgeable. Strings Attached specializes in luthier services, repairs, set-​ups, etc. They definitely work on acoustic instruments, but I took my electric Fender Mustang bass in to have some wires soldered, the truss rod in the neck adjusted, as well as general cleaning, set-​up and replacing the strings. Good prices, good customer service.
