I LOVE this bike shop for many reason… But the #1 reason is because of the outstanding service from both Tim & Henry! Amazing knowledgable guys! Very reasonable with their prices and they are definitely and genuinely care about the sport of triathlon & cycling.
They make me feel extremely comfortable and I trust them with my bike & the feedback I get from them as far as recommendations.
They definitely remember the conversations carried and the customers likings.

Although I’ve probably driven by the place dozens of times, I never noticed it (next to Bill’s Pickin’ Parlor). But I’m glad I went in.
The guy working was really helpful and took the time to answer a bunch of questions even though I was just there to buy a couple of new tubes for my tires.
I usually find bike shops intimidating and snobbish, but the guy working here was friendly and willing to answer my questions without making me feel like an idiot.
Definitely a great place to get a bike cleaned/​worked on, and it looked like they had a great selection of pro-​level bikes as well as stylish cruisers & fixed gears.

Friendly and helpful people. I needed a bike rack pronto and they helped me pick the right one. Prices are in line with retail bike shops and it was worth it to me to do business with someone local.

Last year, I purchased a bicycle and a bike trailer at this store. I’m pleased with the service and level of knowledge of the staff. They were able to answer my questions helpfully and speak to my level of expertise (which, in bicycling, isn’t high). As a result, I got equipment that I’m very happy with and that meets my needs. I plan on shopping here for all future bicycle-​related purchases, including my kid’s bikes as they grow and need new ones.
I have taken my bike in for minor service a couple times. On both occasions I was assisted promptly and the problem was fixed. While it’s annoying to have a bike problem, these guys know how to make it as painless as possible!
I highly recommend buying bike helmets for kids from here, rather than a big box store such as Target or WalMart. While the price is higher, the difference in quality (and, most importantly, the helmet fit) is well worth the extra money.
