Very Nice place. I had Casey who cut my hair and I have curly hair so it makes it a bit more difficult to cut. A mens haircut was $ 22.00

I had a great experience here. I went to Jenn and I will continue to go to her. The cut and color were perfect– Jenn colored my roots and then put a «glaze» on the rest of my hair. I was charged $ 110, which I thought was reasonable. Jenn listened to my hair care wants and needs and delivered beyond my expectations. She was also very friendly. I am going to check out the nail services next and will let you know how it goes.

The Clip Joint is fantastic! Great stylists who are professional and make me look my best! I always look forward to being pampered and looking great when I leave. Stacey is the best!

I called to make an appointment for engagement photo hair and makeup. The receptionist told me they would like me to come in for a consultation and I asked if it was free. She said yes, it’s free.
I went in for my consultation and after getting my hair and makeup done, the receptionist said «That will be $ 60.» I told her the receptionist I spoke with said it was free when I specifically asked if it was because I would have never done a consultation in the first place if I knew it was going to cost $ 60.
Suzie, who did my makeup, went over to get her boss who came to the front desk to ask what was going on. I told her what the receptionist told me and all she did was pull out a brochure of salon services saying the prices of what I just had done. I said again that I specifically asked the receptionist if the consultation was free, to which she said «Yes, it’s free», and all the owner said was «I’m sorry» and was extremely snotty. None of them took any credit for the mistake and did nothing to make it right. Not even a discount. You’d think a reputable business would at least TRY to make THEIR MISTAKE right.
Needless to say I will not be going there for my actual engagement photo hair and makeup or my wedding day. If you book this with them be sure to ask if there is a fee, but even then you might not know what you’re agreeing to.

I was nervous about getting my legs waxed for the first time, but the great reviews on Unilocal help me decide that the Clip Joint was just the place to try. I had a fantastic experience with Suzy. She explained what she was going to do and post-​wax care. It was not nearly as painful as I had expected and the results were fantastic. it was really reasonably priced, only $ 50 for full leg wax, which included most of the bikini line. I will definitely go back for waxing at The Clip Joint South location.

I live in another state and I wait to get my hair done when I come back to Columbia at the Clip Joint by Nichol Mcvey. They have excellent service and sell Bumble and Bumble products that are amazing. Nichol always makes my hair look perfect, whether I am getting it blonder or going dark for the winter. She knows what she is doing and will have you leaving the salon happy and satisfied with your new hair do. I highly recommend her and everyone else at the Clip Joint South.

Nichol does my extensions and Ive always had a good experience. The clip joint is also good with working around my work schedule to get me in for an appointment.

I used to visit CJS but my stylist left. I’ve always had wonderful service. Great color and knowledgable staff. I recently switched to their downtown location and love the girls there too. I’m currently seeing Staci and have nothing but great things to say about her!

The Clip Joint South is an amazing place for great extensions, color, highlights, ladies & mens hair cuts, waxing, massage and all other spa services. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional. There are many stlyists to choose from. If you cant get in last minute with one stlyist there is another amazing stylist. The Clip joint also calls the day before to remind you. These stylists are trained, educated and exceptional at every aspect of their careers. My rating is 5 star!

have had great experience here over the years. first visited several years ago for a haircut. showed the stylist a picture and she did a fantastic job reproducing it and treated me very professionally. started going there again for haircuts and color and have had a similar experience with my new stylist — i show her a picture and she is able to reproduce it, while making personal adjustments to make sure it fits my hair texture and face shape.
