The Club at Carolina Stadium

Recently had a friend visit me here at The Club. He actually thought he had the wrong place when he rolled up. What was his reasoning? He was surprised we were able to get «such a nice place.» I was slightly flattered, and slightly offended (haha), but regardless it says a lot about the curb appeal of The Club. Luckily, the good things do not end there.
Fist off, the residents are respectful and you never feel as though you are living in a dorm. Of course you will hear some shouting on Friday/​Saturday, but lets be real that is pretty normal. For the students that will be here, the shuttle service is fantastic! My gf utilizes it very often, and has never had an issue. Parking passes for friends, and easy parking for residents is a big plus.
The most important thing is probably the units themselves. The appliances are great, plumbing /​electrical is good and while there may be minor issues (which always come with being in apartments) the maintenance team does a fantastic job of alleviating any issues. Plenty of space in the one bedroom, good storage units, cannot beat the central air and the community is very pet friendly. The gym could benefit from some more equipment, but it is confined to a relatively small space and still meets all the basics. The pool area is awesome, no complaints. The park in the back of the complex is a nice treat for runners, and anyone who just wants to relax by the river. Prime spot for baseball fans!
Overall, I have been very pleased with the time I have spent here. The only negatives I can think of, which are not even The Club’s fault, is that the sidewalks and overall infrastructure, for those who may want to walk, is not the greatest in this area. Also, the turn on Huger Street is a little tricky, and the train does not help. Again, not The Club’s fault and very minor inconveniences. A prime spot in Columbia for sure!

Great location! I love driving by the baseball stadium everyday. Great spot if you’re a runner, right by the river, and very peaceful feel. Staff is friendly if you are cooperative and always eager to see you. Apartments are cozy but still enough space for friends and pets. I was able to lease for the cheapest price I’ve found in Columbia!
