Columbia, SC
Great location, pleasant setting and very quiet. Renting here for almost a year, I highly recommend visiting this property. Leslie and staff are wonderful, Jeff and David maintain the property and are very prompt with the service calls. This property is quite unique, townhouse like setting with attached garage. Conveniently located just off of I-​20, close to I-​77. Major shops within 1 – 3 miles, great convenience!

Worst. Apartment. EVER! Last night I had to endure fumes from the remodeling of a neighboring apartment. I was up sick all night even with all fans, vents, and a window open. Maintenance was little to no help and management could care less. Glad I’m only staying 6 months.
