These guys are the best! I left my brand new iPhone 5 on a plane after returning from vacation and I couldn’t have been luckier that it traveled from Louisville, KY, to Columbia, SC. After the airline found it in the seat back pocket, these guys went to the airport, picked up the phone, which wasn’t easy, and packaged it up to ship it off to me. I figured I was never seeing that beautiful new phone ever again but thanks to these guys, it should be here Thursday! Everyone I talked to at UPS was amazingly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

North Charleston, SC
This place has been so good to me! I keep waiting to find them on a bad day and have yet to do it. I get lots of shipments for work delivered here, and they always help me carry them to my car without making fun of me for my messy vehicle. They have gone above and beyond to learn my name and greet me when I come in. Really superb customer service. These guys are never in a bad mood!
