This shop is a kiosk in the Columbiana Grande Shopping Mall. I always come here to get my watch battery fixed. I have a Fossil watch and find it hard when my watch battery dies a place that will fix the battery for me (as most places will not even touch the watch unless you have bought the watch there).
Another plus is their service I recently received. I replaced a battery back in November, 2011 and the gentleman told me that the battery comes with a four year warranty. I kept the receipt just in case. The battery did go bad within several months and was able to replace without any problem (as I still had receipt). Since then, the ink on the receipt faded and I threw out receipt. I went to the mall last night and had explained my predicament (replaced in 11⁄11 with a four year warranty and have replaced since then and no receipt) and they replaced my battery with no questions asked.
